أثر مستوى الذكاء الأخلاقي على أداء العاملين دراسة ميدانية لعينة من العاملين لدى الوحدة الولائية لبريد الجزائر "ورقلة"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر مستوى الذكاء الأخلاقي على أداء العاملين في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر "وحدة ورقلة"، وقد تم الاعتماد على الإستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، حيث طبقت على عينة قدرها 36 عامل من المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) ولأجل اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة حالة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود ذكاء أخلاقي وأداء للعاملين بدرجة عالية مع تأثير قوي للذكاء الأخلاقي على أداء العاملين في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر وحدة ورقلة، وأن الذكاء الأخلاقي له أثر على فعالية أداء العاملين، ويتجسد ذلك من خلال بعد التسامح يليه بعد العدالة

This study aims to find out the effect of the level of moral intelligence on the employees' performance of the Algerian Postal Corporation, "Ouargla Unit". The questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting information. It was applied to a sample of 36 workers from the institution in question. Through the use of the statistical package program for social sciences ( Spss) In order to test the hypotheses of the study, the descriptive approach and the case study methodology were used . The study concluded that there is a high level of moral intelligence and performance for the workers with an strong effect of moral intelligence on the employees' performance of the Postal corporation of Ouargla, and that moral intelligence has an impact on the effectiveness of the workers' It is through tolerance after it is followed by justice
