أثر عاملي العمر وطبيعة النشاط على قيمة المؤسسة الشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر للفترة 2011/2017

Abstract

دف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر العمر وطبيعة النشاط على قيمة المؤسسة، شملت الدراسة المجتمع المؤسسات الجزائرية بشكل عام وعينة الدراسة هي الشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر بشكل خاص، من خلال المنهج الوصفي خلال الفترة من 2011 إلى 2017 وذلك بالاعتماد على مؤشر القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة لخلق القيمة أو تدميرها، وتم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الثلاث رويبة، صيدال، الأورأسي، محل الدراسة مختلفة النشاط والعمر حيث أكبر شركة من حيث العمر شركة رويبة ثم تليها صيدال فالأورأسي، أظهرت النتائج أن عامل طبيعة النشاط أكثر تأثيرا من عامل العمر، لأن هذا الأخير يستمر رغم الارتفاع أو الانخفاض في القيمة، كما بينت أن طبيعة النشاط أثرت على القيمة حيث أنه كلما تدهور النشاط يصحبه انخفاض في القيمة والعكس، ومنه الشركات محل الدراسة حققت قيم متذبذبة لبورصة الجزائر

.This study aims to analyze the impact of age and nature of activity on the value of the institution, the study included the Community and study sample of Algerian institutions in general and companies listed on the Algerian stock exchange in particular, through the analytical descriptive method from 2011 to 2017 by relying on the value index Economic additive to create or destroy value, it was reached through this study that the three institutions of ROUIBA , SAIDAL,AURASSI, the study place different activity and age where the largest company in terms of old company ROUIBA and then followed by SAIDAL, AURASSI , the results showed that the factor nature of activity more influential than Age factor, because the latter continues despite the rise or fall in value, and has also indicated that the nature of the activity has impacted on value since the lower the activity is accompanied by a decrease in value and vice versa, including the companies in the study achieved fluctuating values despite the stagnation of the Algeria stock Exchange.
