دراسة تحليلية لأثر الحجم على القيمة الإقتصادية المضافة في المؤسسة دراسة حالة مؤسستي صيدال والأوراسي خلال الفترة(2017-2013)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الحجم على قيمة المؤسسة، فمثلنا محددات الحجم برقم الأعمال وإجمالي الأصول، أما بالنسبة لخلق القيمة فاستخدمنا مؤشر القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة. ومن اجل الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي للإحاطة بجميع الجوانب النظرية، أما في الجانب التطبيقي قمنا بدراسة عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية مدرجة في بورصة الجزائر(صيدال، الأوراسي) خلال الفترة الممتدة(2017-2013)، واستخدام المنهج التحليلي لمعالجة النتائج. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير لحجم المؤسسة على قيمتها بالنسبة للقطاع الصناعي والخدماتي، وجود علاقة طردية بين(رقم الأعمال،EVA) ونتيجة الإستغلال، وجود علاقة طردية للأموال المستثمرة مع إجمالي الأصول، وعكسية مع EVA، إمكانية تأثير قرار التمويل على حجم المؤسسة

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of volume on the value of the institution. The size parameters were represented by Business Number and the total assets. As for value creation, we used the economic value added index. In order to answer the problem we used the descriptive approach to cover all the theoretical aspects. A case study on a sample of economic institutions listed on the Algiers Stock Exchange (SEIDAL, El Aurasi) during the period (2017-2013), and the use of the analytical approach to address the results. The study found that there is an impact on the size of the enterprise on the value of the industrial and services sector, a positive relationship between the business number and EVA, the result of exploitation, the positive relationship of the invested funds with the total assets, and the reverse with the EVA.
