تحليل عوامل فشل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة ميدانية بولاية ورقلة خلال سنة 2019

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أهم العوامل المؤدية لفشل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحثان بدراسة ميدانية من خلال تصميم استمارة استبيان موجهة لعينة من المهنيين بولاية ورقلة، حيث بلغ عدد الاستمارات القابلة للتحليل 40 استمارة، وقد اعتمدنا في تحليل بيانات الاستبيان على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS v22) ومعالج البيانات (Excel 2007)، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: ضعف ادارة المؤسسة ورفع قضايا مالية عليها يتسبب في فشلها،ارتفاع التكاليف وتراكم المخزون وتحقيق خسائر متتالية يتسبب في افلاس المؤسسات، ضعف التمويل والمنافسة الشديدة يؤدي الى تعثر المؤسسات، وتوصل الباحثان إلى أن العوامل المالية والإدارية لها التأثير الأكبر في فشل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، توصي الدراسة بضرورة التنبه المبكر لأعراض الفشل المالي قبل استفحاله وتوفير وسائل تمويل مناسبة بأقل التكاليف، ضرورة الحصول على عمال أكفاء و ذو مهارات عالية

The study aimed to analyze the most important factors leading to the failure of small and medium enterprises. To achieve this goal، the researchers conducted a field study by designing a questionnaire questionnaire for a sample of professionals in the state of Ouargla. The number of questionable forms was 40. (SPSS v22) and data processor (Excel 2007)، the study reached several results، the most important: weak management of the establishment and raise financial issues causing them failure، high costs and accumulation of inventory and the loss of consecutive causes of collapse and bankruptcy institutions، The researchers conclude that financial and administrative factors have the greatest impact on the failure of small and medium enterprises. The study recommends that early warning of the symptoms of financial failure should be taken into account before it becomes more difficult، High
