Pour une approche sémio-narrative des personnages dans l’œuvre de Faïza GUENE ENTRE REALITE ET FICTION

Abstract

Dans une perspective pluridisciplinaire, notre thèse tend à déceler les impacts des stratégies scripturales de l’écrivaine sur ses personnages ainsi qu’une mise en place du genre romanesque. De ce fait, nous avons approché les romans du corpus de deux manières : extrinsèque et intrinsèque. Dans la première, nous avons inséré les textes de Guène dans le contexte de la contemporanéité et nous avons pu dégager deux stratégies à savoir la mise en abyme et l’écriture circulaire. Ces deux techniques ont des effets directs sur les agissements des personnages et surtout sur leur connaissance de leur condition de personnage. Dans la seconde, nous avons étudié les techniques propres à l’auteure, en l’occurrence, l’écriture de l’intime, l’écriture fragmentaire et l’oralité. Ces trois moyens ont pu mettre en avant les relations entre auteur/personnage et, de ce fait, le statut générique de l’œuvre de Faïza Guène.

In a multidisciplinary perspective, our thesis aims to detect the impact of the writer's scriptural strategies on her characters as well as the setting up of the novelistic genre. As a result, we have approached the novels of the corpus in two ways: extrinsic and intrinsic. In the first, we have inserted Guène's texts in the context of contemporaneity and we have been able to identify two strategies, namely mise en abyme and circular writing. These two techniques have direct effects on the actions of the characters and especially on their knowledge of their character condition. In the second, we studied the author's own techniques, in this case, the writing of the intimate, the fragmentary writing and the orality. These three means were able to highlight the relationship between author / character and, therefore, the generic status of the work of Faïza Guène.
