LES INTERACTIONS DANS LES ÉCHANGES ÉCRITS MÉDIÉS PAR ORDINATEUR STRATÉGIES CONVERSATIONNELLES DANS LES FORUMS DE DISCUSSION

Abstract

Information and Communication Technologies have significantly brought innovative elements in structuring communicational relationships, and this happened through the shift from the man/machine duality into the unit of man/machine/man. From this point of view, the various devices of ComputerMediated Communication are not only considered as means of distribution and transmission of information, but also they participate in a real transition in the organization of human relationships by offering the possibility of exchanging and interacting with others online. In our study, which is a part of the field of CMC, we are interested in the way discussion forums managed to change the interactional phenomena by employing a face-to-face conversation. Therefore, this research aims at describing and explaining the conversational strategies adopted by the users of a discussion forum during their exchanges, and showing the limits they encounter to have a dynamic interaction, on the one hand, on the other hand, it analyses the establishment of harmonious relationships.

ساھمت تكنولوجیا الإعلام والاتصال في استحداث عناصر جد مبتكرة في ھیكلة العلاقات التواصلیة، وھذا من خلال الانتقال من ثنائیة الإنسان/الآلة إلى وحدة الإنسان/الآلة/ الإنسان. ومن ھذاالمنطلق، فإن ّ مختلف آلیات التواصل الحاسوبیة لاتُعتبر مجرد وسائل بث ّ وإرسال للمعلومات فحسب، بل تشكل قفزة انتقالیة حقیقیة في نظام العلاقات الإنسانیة وھذا من خلال اتاحة التبادل والتفاعل مع الآخر عبر الانترنیت. نھتم في دراستنا ھاتھ، والتي تندرج في میدان التواصل الحاسوبي، بالفكرة التي نجحت من خلالھا منتدیات الدردشة (النقاش/الحوار) في تحویل الظواھر التواصلیة (التفاعلیة)،إذ حق ّقت التواصل وجھا لوجھ عن بعد. والھدف من ھاتھ الدراسة ھو وصف وشرح استراتیجیات المحادثةالتي یتبنّاھا مستخدمي منتدیات الدردشة في تواصلھم ببعض، ومدى قدرتھا على ارساء تفاعل دینامیكي من جھة وإنشاء علاقات انسجامیة من جھة أخرى.

Les Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (TIC) ont apporté des éléments significativement novateurs dans la structuration des rapports communicationnels, à travers la mutation de la dualité homme/machine à l’unité homme/machine/homme. De ce point de vue, les différents dispositifs de la Communication Médiée par Ordinateur (CMO) ne sont pas seulement considérés comme des moyens de diffusion et de transmission d’informations, mais ils participent également à une véritable mutation dans l’organisation des rapports humains, et ce, en offrant la possibilité d’échanger et d’interagir avec autrui en ligne. Dans notre étude, qui s’inscrit dans le domaine de la CMO, nous nous intéressons à la réflexion selon laquelle les forums de discussion ont pu transformer les phénomènes interactionnels en faisant du face-à-face à distance. L’objectif en est de décrire et d’expliquer les stratégies conversationnelles adoptées par les utilisateurs d’un forum de discussion, au cours de leurs échanges, et de montrer leurs limites dans l’instauration d’une interaction dynamique, d’une part, et dans l’établissement de rapports relationnels harmonieux, d’autre part.
