Etat des lieux du Centre d'Enfouissement Technique Bamendil (Commune de Ouargla)

Abstract

Notre étude vise à établir un diagnostic actuel sur le fonctionnement du C.E.T. Bamendil et de constater les modifications, et/ou les nouveautés qui peuvent influencer sur l'évolution de tri. Et nous essayons de signaler sur la situation écologique de cette installation classée pour la protection de l'environnement. Nous avons pu constater que le fonctionnement du C.E.T. présente des défaillances techniques. Ainsi, la majorité des impacts des aspects environnementaux trouvés ont une criticité faiblement significative sauf le bruit dont la criticité est fortement significative et engendre une pollution sonore au niveau du C.E.T. On remarque que le tri reste inefficace, sauf pour le PET qu’a un importance économique pour le C.E.T. Bamendil . Enfin, le C.E.T. Bamendil est pauvre sur le plan gestion et technique, il provoque des nuisances environnementale mais ils n'ont que d’impacts sur le site car l'éloignement de centre aux agglomérations urbains, mais la répétition de ces aspects peuvent être provoque des nuisances grave sur l'écosystème

Our study aims to establish a current diagnosis on the functioning of C.E.T. Bamendil and see the changes, and / or new developments that may influence the evolution of sorting. And we are trying to report on the ecological situation of this facility classified for the protection of the environment. We have seen that the operation of C.E.T. has technical failures. Thus, the majority of the impacts of the environmental aspects found have a weakly significant criticality except the noise whose criticality is highly significant and generates noise pollution at the C.E.T. Note that sorting remains ineffective except for PET, which is economically important for C.E.T. Bamendil. Finally, the C.E.T. Bamendil is poor in terms of management and technology, it causes environmental nuisances but they have only impacts on the site because the distance from the center to urban agglomerations, but the repetition of these aspects can be causes serious nuisance on the ecosystem.
