Abstract: This study dealt with the issue of evaluation of the health services quality provided to patients at the University Hospital in Batna. The study was applied to a sample of (100) Patient, out of a study population of (592) Patient. The study used a questionnaire as a key tool for gathering information and data, the questionnaire was distributed randomly on various inpatients in the University Hospital in Batna. the study concluded to a set of results including the following: - The study showed that patients residing assess the health services quality provided to them in University Hospital in Batna a medium degree. - The study showed that patients residing assess all the dimensions of the health services quality (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy) provided to them in University Hospital in Batna a medium degree.
