Abstract: Starting from the fact that Algerians company’s use e-mail marketing in their marketing strategies, a qualitative study was carried out at some e-commerce sites in Algeria. The objective of this study is to describe the current situation of the use of e-mail marketing and to highlight the future prospects of its development and evolution. This tool of direct marketing and digital marketing has proved its effectiveness as a communicative weapon par excellence
