Abstract: For all oil fields, optimization of production operations is an important factor in increasing production and cost reduction rates. A well can be activated by secondary recovery methods to produce more; these methods allow the production of non or insufficiently eruptive wells. For beampumping or conventional sucker rod pump, it is generally accepted that the depth of the reservoirs to be exploited and the rates of production limit its use. These limitations are now being questioned thanks to the development of long-stroke pumping units. The long-stroke Rotaflex pumping unit is one of the Sucker Rod Pumps units that uses proven technology, adds many features, and enhances the efficiency of artificial lift
