البناء الاجتماعي للمهــن في الجــزائر دراسة سوسيو-انثربولوجية لحرفة الطرز التقليدي بتقرت

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع سوسيو-أنثربولوجي من أجل فهم كيفية البناء الاجتماعي لحرفة الطرز التقليدي في مدينة تقرت، حيث تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول التساؤل التالي: كيف تساهم مختلف المسارات والتجارب المعاشة من طرف الحرفيات، في البناء الاجتماعي لحرفة الطرز التقليدي؟ تم بناء إطار نظري من خلال تقاطع اتجاهين هامين: علم اجتماع المهن والانثربولوجيا، حيث تم دراسة الموضوع من خلال التفاعلية الرمزية والبنائية الوظيفية كموضوع سوسيولوجي وبأدوات أنثربولوجية والتي تبحث في تاريخ الأفراد. منهجيا بنيت دراستنا على المنهج الكيفي وبالتحديد المنهج البيوغرافي أو ما يعرف بمنهج سيرة الحياة le Récit de Vie، والذي يعتمد على البحث في مسارات الأفراد وتجاربهم عبر الزمن، معتمدين في ذلك على أداة المقابلة، كما اعتمدنا على عينة كرة الثلج والمتمثلة في 15 مبحوث في مدينة تقرت. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن البناء الاجتماعي لحرفة الطرز التقليدي يتم من خلال من خلال مسارات سوسيو-مهنية وهوياتية، وتفاعل لمختلف النشاطات والأدوار التي تقوم بها الحرفيات والتي مكنتها من الحصول على مكانة اجتماعية هامة في المجتمع المحلي وفقا لقيم ومعايير هذا الأخير، تحت تأثير مختلف الأنساق الاجتماعية ولاسيما النسق الايكولوجي والاقتصادي واللذان كان لهما الأثر الواضح على ممارسة هذه الحرفة، كما أن الجماعات الاجتماعية من حيث تمايزها أثرت في شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية، ما زاد من حدة المنافسة حول الأفضلية.

Notre recherche a pour objectif d’aborder un sujet socio-anthropologique afin de comprendre comment le métier de la broderie artisanale à Touggourt est socialement construit. Un cadre théorique a été construit à partir du croisement de deux disciplines : la sociologie des professions et l’anthropologie, ou on a étudié le sujet à partir de l’interaction symbolique et la construction fonctionnelle en tant que thème sociologique avec des outils anthropologiques permettant d'analyser l'histoire des individus. D’un point de vue méthodologique, on a adopté l’approche qualitative précisement la méthode biographique, ou ce qu’on appel la méthode du récit de vie, qui se base sur la recherche des trajectoires des individus et de leurs expériences au fil du temps, on a aussi utilisé l’entretien comme outil, un échantillon de boule de neige est constitué de 15 artisanes en broderie artisanale dans la ville de Touggourt. Les résultats de la recherche relèvent que le métier de la broderie artisanale se fasse à travers des processus socio-professionnelles et identitaires, ainsi l’interaction des différentes activités et des rôles joués par les artisanes, ce qui leur permettait d’adopter un statut social important dans la société, selon les valeurs et les normes de cette dernière, sous l'influence de différents systèmes sociaux, notamment l’écologique et l’économique.

Our research aims to address a socio-anthropological subject in order to understand how the craft embroidery profession in Touggourt is socially built. A theoretical framework was constructed from the intersection of two disciplines: the sociology of professions and anthropology; where the subject was studied from symbolic interaction and functional construction as a sociological theme with anthropological tools to analyze the history of individuals. From a methodological point of view, the qualitative approach has been adopted; precisely the biographical method or what is called the method of Life Story, which is based on the search for the trajectories of individuals and their experiences over time. The maintenance has also been used as a tool. A sample of snowball as well is made up of 15 craftswomen in handcrafted embroidery in the city of Touggourt. The results note reveal that the social strucrure of handcraft embroidery I done through social, professional and identity trajectory, and interaction of the different activites and roles played by the craftswomen, Wich allowed them to adopt an important status in society, according to the value and norms of the latter cause of the influence of different social systems, especially ecological and economic.
