علاقة الضغوط المهنية بالقدرة على القيام بالأدوار الأسرية " دراسة ميدانية بشركة سونلغاز وهران "

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى تحكم الإطارات في العوامل المسببة للضغط المهني ومستوى قدرتهم على أداء أدوارهم الأسرية لدى الإطارات العاملة بشركة سونلغاز وهران، وفقا لبعض المتغيرات الشخصية والتنظيمية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (250) إطار متزوج اختيروا بطريقة قصدية، كما استخدمت الباحثة مقياسين: مقياس « woccq » لتشخيص الضغط المهني ومقياس الأدوار الأسرية من إعداد الباحثة وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام النسخة 22 للبرنامج الإحصائيSPSS أفضت نتائج التحليل إلى: 1. أن الإطارات العاملة بشركة سونلغاز يشعرون بمستوى متوسط من الضغط المهني ولديهم قدرة مرتفعة للقيام بأدوارهم الأسرية. 2. توجد علاقة موجبة بين الضغط المهني والأدوار الأسرية. 3. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القدرة على القيام بالأدوار الأسرية لدى الإطارات العاملة بشركة سونلغاز باختلاف السن.

4. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القدرة على القيام بالأدوار الأسرية لدى الإطارات العاملة بشركة سونلغاز باختلاف عدد الأبناء. 5. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القدرة على القيام بالأدوار الأسرية لدى الإطارات العاملة بشركة سونلغاز باختلاف نظام المناوبة. 6. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القدرة على القيام بالأدوار الأسرية لدى الإطارات العاملة بشركة سونلغاز باختلاف طبيعة السكن.

The study aimed to identify the control level of tires toward the factors that cause occupational pressures as well as the level of their ability to perform their family roles with tires employed by Sonelgaz Oran, according to personal and organizational variables. The researcher used the descriptive and the analytical method. The sample of the study consisted of (250) married tires whom chosen randomly. In addition, the researcher used two measures: the “woccq” scale to diagnose occupational stress and the family role scale which was the researcher's preparation. After processing the data using SPSS version 22, the results were: 1. The tires employees of Sonelgaz feel an average level of professional pressure and have a high ability to perform their family roles.. 2. There is a positive relationship between professional pressure and family roles. 3. The existence of statistically significant differences in the ability to play family roles of tires employees working in Sonelgaz Company depending on the nature of housing. 4. Lack of statistically significant differences in the ability to play family roles of employees working in Sonelgaz Company according to the shift system. 5. The absence of statistically significant differences in the ability to play family roles in the staff working in Sonelgaz Company by the number of children. 6. Lack of statistically significant differences in the ability to play family roles among employees working in Sonelgaz Company by age.
