Abstract

Between this and that, definitions are formed with knowledge values in which all methods of language, rhetoric, pilgrims and criticism are organized, finally producing the definition and the fallacy. ملخص البحث: تقوم منهجية التقابل على العرض والمواجهة بين مكونات الخطابات ومستوياتها، وتحليلها تقابليا لبيان علاقات وأنساق هذه الخطابات وهندستها وأنظمتها القاعدية، في مقاربات معرفية يسندها الجهد اللغوي والبلاغي والنقدي. في قراءة متفحصة لـ: "باب الفحص في أمر دمنة" في كتاب ابن المقفع "كليلة ودمنة"، تنتظم بجلاء آليات الحجاج التي اقتضاها المقام القضائي، وفرضها السياق المحاكمي الذي بني عليه؛ لتبرز آليتا المحاجة: الحجة ونقيضتها في صياغة تعريفية تتداول مجموع قيم يجري بناؤها من منطلقين: - منطلق المدعي: في حجاج صريح اتهامي، ويتحول إلى مغالطي عند الطرف الآخر. - منطلق المتهم: في حجاج مغالطي دفاعي، ويتحول إلى صريح عند الطرف الآخر. وبين هذا وذاك تتشكل تعريفات بقيم معرفية تنتظم فيها كل أساليب اللغة والبلاغة والحجاج والنقد، لتفرز في الأخير التعريف والتعريف المغالطي.
