قراءة في مدى جودة برامج تدريب المدرسين القائمة على الكفايات A Reading in the competency-based teacher training programs

Abstract

تعتبر مهنة التدريس من المهن الفنية الدقيقة التي تتطلب في من يمارسها الكثير من الكفايات والمهارات حتى يكون تعليمه فعالا. لذلك أولت المجتمعات الحديثة عملية إعداد وتدريب المدرس عناية فائقة تتناسب والدور الكبير الذي يقوم به في إعداد النشء. ولتحقيق ذلك سلك المسؤولون طرائق مختلفة كانت المحطة النهائية لها هي برامج تدريب المدرسين القائمة على الكفايات. وسنحاول في هاته الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على هاته البرامج بدءا بتعريفها، فجذورها التاريخية، ثم إلى أهم ما يميز هذه البرامج عن غيرها من البرامج التقليدية، وأخيرا إلى المراحل الأساسية لهذه البرامج انطلاقا من مرحلة تحديد الاحتياجات ووصولا إلى مرحلة التقويم. Abstract: The profession of teaching is a delicate technical profession that require its practitioners to have a lot of competencies and skills so that their teaching will be effective. So, modern societies have given a lot of importance for the process of training and preparing teachers since they are forming future generations. To achieve this goal, education responsibles adopted various approaches that was eventually concluded by the competency based programme for training teachers. So we will try in this research paper to shed the light on these programmes by giving their defintion, their historical origins, the difference between this approach and other traditional approaches. Finally, we will talk about their main stages starting from the stage of identifying the needs to the stage of evaluation
