أثر تبني الحوسبة السحابية على الأداء الوظيفي دراسة حالة المؤسسة الجزائرية للتأمين 2

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس مدى تأثير تبني الحوسبة السحابية على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين، وبغرض الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة قمنا بالوقوف على واقع تبني الحوسبة السحابية في مؤسسة الجزائرية للتأمينات2a اعتمادا على دراسة الحالة والمقابلة والاستبيان، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة قصدية من إطارات المؤسسة ومسؤوليها واسترجعنا 49 استبيان قابل للتحليل. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للاستبيان وباستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية spss في نسخته 23 واختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم التوصل الى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين تبني الحوسبة السحابية و تحسن الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بمؤسسة 2a يقدر بـ 51 بالمئة، كما ان الحوسبة السحابية تضمن اتصال المؤسسة بقواعد بياناتها والبرامج والتطبيقات من أي مكان وزمان، مما يوفر الوقت والجهد بالنسبة للعاملين في المؤسسة، بالإضافة الى تقليل أعباء وتكاليف اقتناء البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والبرامج وتحديثها وضمان الاتصال الدائم بين رؤساء ومرؤوسي المؤسسة لضمان معالجة وايصال المعلومة في الوقت المناسب.
