Abstract: | The study aimed to identify the impact of ethical leadership on human resource innovation development of Omar Ben Omar canned food institution in Guelma. The analytical descriptive approach has been adopted, and a questionnaire consisting of (31) paragraphs distributed on two axes has been developed, the first concerns ethical leadership comprising (20) paragraphs, and the second is about creativity which include (11) paragraphs. The study tool was distributed in a simple random manner to a sample that included (70) research from the study community consisting of (321) singles, (55) valid statistical analysis questionnaires have been retrieved. Through data processing using the Social Science Statistical Package and Analysis Program using mean computational and standard deviation, multi-linear regression analysis, test (t) and single contrast analysis, the results showed that the level of ethical leadership adoption at Omar Ben Omar canned food institution was high; the level of human resource innovation was also high; There is a statistically significant effect at an indicative level (≤0.05) of ethical leadership in developing human resource creativity and the primary effect of the principle of justice is followed by respect and finally, the principle of service, while there is no moral effect on the principles of honesty and trust, and building society |
