dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between the forms of organizational commitment (Allen & Meyer1991) and job strain in RAMDY companies at Bejaia .To realize this study, the sample composed of (100): 10 frameworks, 40 supervisors and 50 agents of execution the mean of age is 35. To collecting data two scales of measure were used: the measure of the organizational commitment Allen and Meyer (1991) which approaches the organizational commitment under a three dimensional angle ( commitment emotional, normative and calculated) 18 items and the scale of job strain Karasek and Theorell (1990) which comprises 26 items: 9 items for the psychological request, 9 items for the decisional autonomy and for the social support. After having checked assumptions, the results revealed that there is a negative significant correlation between the emotional and normative commitment and the level of job strain and a positive correlation between the continuity commitment and the level of job strain at the employees | en_US |
