Obstacles to exercising pedagogical accompaniment at the university of Oum el Bouaghi from the perspective of its teachers

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the obstacles to exercising pedagogical accompaniment at Oum el Bouaghi University from the perspective of its teachers , The study was conducted on a sample of (93) faculty members, The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (43) item. The statistical treatment of data revealed that : the obstacles to exercising pedagogical accompaniment at Oum el Bouaghi University came moderate degree , in addition the field of organizational obstacles came first with a high degree .Followed by the field of university student obstacles in second place with a high degree as well , and In the third and last place came the field of tutor obstacles with moderate degree
