Abstract: This study aimed to identify the obstacles to exercising pedagogical accompaniment at Oum el Bouaghi University from the perspective of its teachers , The study was conducted on a sample of (93) faculty members, The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (43) item. The statistical treatment of data revealed that : the obstacles to exercising pedagogical accompaniment at Oum el Bouaghi University came moderate degree , in addition the field of organizational obstacles came first with a high degree .Followed by the field of university student obstacles in second place with a high degree as well , and In the third and last place came the field of tutor obstacles with moderate degree
