ترجمة وتقنين مقياس كيسلر للشدة النفسية(k10) على عينة من الشباب الجزائري Kissler Psychological Distress Scale On A Sample Of Algerian Youth

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى ترجمة وتقنين مقياس كيسلر للشدة النفسية( (k10 في البيئة الجزائرية على عينة مكونة من 181 طالب وطالبة جامعية .وهو مقياس تقرير ذاتي غير نوعي مكون من 10 بنود تقيس مستويات الشدة النفسية اعتمادا على درجة انتشار أعراض الحصر والاكتئاب لدى الأفراد. بعد ترجمة المقياس إلى اللغة العربية بإتباع الخطوات المنهجية لترجمة المقاييس. أظهرت نتائج التقنين مؤشرات جيدة ودالة على صلاحية المقياس لقياس ما وضع لأجله،حيث تراوحت قيمة معامل الاتساق الداخلي في ارتباط البنود مع الدرجة الكلية بين (0.55و0.77)، أما بين البنود فيما بينها فتراوحت معاملات الارتباط بين ( 0.183 و 0.632) في حين جاءت نتائج قياس الصدق التقاربي ثم التباعدي للمقياس مع مقاييس محكية كلها دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01. كما بينت نتائج التحليل العاملي الكشفي عن عامل واحد يفسر ما نسبته (48.32 %) من التباين الكلي. في حين بلغت قيمة معامل الثبات بطريقة التطبيق وإعادة التطبيق ( 0.74) وهي قيمة دالة عند مستوى أقل من 0.01. The purpose of this study was to translate Kissler Psychological Distress Scale(K10) to Arabic language and to test the reliability and validity of Arabic translations of the ten item (K10) versions among 181 Algeria students.The (K10) is a brief scale that assesses nonspecificpsychological distress. After translating the k10 from English to Arabic, The result of the study have show a good internal consistency in correlation between items and the total score of the scale (r = 0.55-0.77) and between items (r = 0.183- 0.63) significant at (p <0 .01). The convergent and divergent validity was examined by assessing correlations with othres scales that all screening scales were significantly related to k10. Next, we assessed factor structure using confirmatory factor analysis to examine unidimensional K10 model, the results indicated the existence of a unidimensionnel structure explained 48.32% of the total variance. while the stability of the test amounted to (0.85) significant at (p <0 .01). Finlay, The result of the study indicated that the translated version of the K10 scale is a valid and reliable measurement of psychological distress
