Abstract: The current study aims to reveal of the existence of a moral impact of asocial responsibility in raising the level of the performance of university teacher in Ouargla. And to achieve that two researchers conducted a survey and distributed two questionnaires; the first to measure the level of performance and the second to measure social responsibility on 120 permanent teachers, where they followed the descriptive analytical approach. Moreover they used iterations, percentages, and simple linear regression in data processing. The result of the study reached a high level for the both performance and social responsibility, thus there is a significant impact of social responsibility in raising the level of performance of the university teacher of the university of Ouargla. In the end the researchers suggest promoting social values in university circles
