مستوى الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي وعلاقته بدافع الانجاز الأكاديمي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف على مستوى الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي، ومستوى دافعية الانجاز الأكاديمي، والتعرف على العلاقة بين مستوى الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي ودافعية الانجاز الأكاديمي لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية، واستخدم الطالب المنهج الوصفي للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 120 طالب، واعتمد الطالب على مقياسين: مقياس الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي ومقياس دافع الانجاز الأكاديمي، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا بواسطة المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون، وتوصل الطالب إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع في الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية، ووجود مستوى مرتفع في دافعية الانجاز الأكاديمي، ووجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي ودافعية الانجاز الأكاديمي لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية.

The study aimed at examining the level of satisfaction with the academic specialization, the level of motivation for academic achievement, and identifying the relationship between the level of satisfaction with the academic specialization and the motivation for academic achievement for students of the institute of science and technology of physical and sports activities, and the student used the descriptive approach to verify the hypotheses of the study sample consisted of 120 students, and the student relied two measures: a measure of satisfaction with academic specialization and a measure of motivation for academic achievement, The data were statistically processed by the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the (T) test for one sample and the (T) test for two independent samples and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The student found a high level of satisfaction with the academic specialization among students of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities, and a high level in motivation Academic achievement, and the presence of a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance between the level of satisfaction with the academic specialization and the motivation for academic achievement among students of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities.
