ASBMC المساندة الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بدافعية الانجاز - دراسة ميدانية على فريق كرة القدم أمل سريع متليلي الشعانبة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحاليةإلى معرفة العلاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية والدافعية للانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم فريق أمل سريع متليلي الشعانبة ASBMC، ومعرفة مستوى المساندة الاجتماعية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم فريق أمل سريع متليلي الشعانبةASBMC، كذلك معرفة مستوى الدافعية للانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم فريق أمل سريع متليلي الشعانبة ASBMC، محاولين الاجابة حول تسؤلات التالية : • مامستوى المساندة الاجتماعية لدى فريق كرة القدم لدى لاعبي فريق أمل سريع متليلي الشعانبة ASBMC منخفض. • ما مستوى دافعية الانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم لدى لاعبي فريق أمل سريع متليلي الشعانبة ASBMC منخفض . • هل توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين المساندة الاجتماعية والدافعية للانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم مستخدمين عينة قد اشتملت على(23) لاعب في فريق (أمل سريع متليلي الشعانبة ASBMC)، فقد تم أخذ جميع لاعبي كرة القدم بمعنى قيامنا بالمسح الشامل لجميع أفراد عينة الدراسة، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قمنا بأخذ مقياس (المساندة الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالدافعية الانجاز الرياضي وتحقيق النتائج الرياضية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم – صنف أكابر- ) من إعداد لعباشي عامر بجامعة محمد بوضياف مسيلة سنة 2016/2017 لنيل شهادة ماستر أكاديمي، وقد تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية : • من خلال تحليلنا لنتائج الفرضية الجزئية الأولى التي تمثل مستوى المساندة الاجتماعية لدى فريق كرة القدمأمل سريع متليلي الشعانبةASBMC منخفض، حيث أثبتت النتائج الجدول رقم (03) والخاص بهذه الفرضية على أن مستوى المساندة الاجتماعية لدى فريق كرة القدمأمل سريع متليلي الشعانبةASBMCمنخفض، • من خلال تحليلنا لنتائج الفرضية الجزئية الثانية التي تمثلمستوى دافعية الانجاز لدى فريق كرة القدمأمل سريع متليلي الشعانبةASBMC منخفض، حيث استنتجنا من خلال النتائج المتوصل إليها في الجدول رقم (04) على أنمستوى دافعية الانجاز لدى فريق كرة القدمأمل سريع متليلي الشعانبةASBMC مرتفع، • من خلال تحليلنا لنتائج الفرضية العامة التي تمثل والقائلة بـ " توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين المساندة الاجتماعية والدافعية للانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم، حيث بعد المعالجة الإحصائية وتوضيح نتائج الجدول رقم (05) والذي أوضحت وأقرت بوجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين المساندة الاجتماعية والدافعية للانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم .

The title of the study "Social support and its relationship to achievement motivation, a field study on the football team, Amal Saree Metallali Al-Sha`ana ASBMC" The present study aimed to find out the relationship between the social support and motivation for achievement of football players by the ASBMC team, and to know the level of social support among soccer players, the ASBMC team, as well as to know the level of motivation for achievement of football players.
