الرضا الحركي وعلاقته بمستوى الأداء المهاري لدى لاعبين كرة اليد

Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الرضا الحركي لدي لاعبي كرة اليد ، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (بأسلوب العلاقات المتبادلة)، أما عينة البحث فقد تضمنت لاعبي كرة اليد لمختلف أفراد الشرطة لدى مصالح أمن ولاية ورقلة والبالغ عددهم (80) لاعب تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية وتم استخدام مقياس الرضا الحركي و مستويات الأداء المهاري "كما استخدم الباحثspss للمعالجة الإحصائية حيث توصل إلي النتائج التالية: - علاقة الرضا الحركي بالأداء المهاري لدى لاعبي كرة اليد عند أفراد الشرطة مرتفع . - لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغير الرضا الحركي تعزي إلي متغير لاعبي كرة اليد عند أفراد الشرطة - يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغير الأداء المهاري تعزي إلي متغير لاعبي كرة اليد عند أفراد الشرطة وأوصت الدراسة بما يلي: التركيز على وضع مناهج وأساليب تدريس جديدة تعمل على تنمية الرضا الحركي و الأداء المهاري ومهارات التواصل الرياضي لدى لاعبي كرة اليد عند أفراد الشرطة والقيام بالمزيد من الدراسات في دلك.
