دور الوظائف الإدارية في تطوير عمل الهيئات الرياضية

Abstract

هدفتالدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الوظائف الإدارية في تطوير عمل الهيئات الرياضية و بعد قيامنا بالدراسة الاستطلاعية انطلقنا من فرضية عامة مفادها: تساهم الوظائف الإدارية في تطوير عمل الهيئات الرياضية .حيث كانت الفرضيات الجزئية على النحو التالي : - لوظيفة التخطيط دور في تطويرعمل الهيئة الرياضية. - لوظيفة التنظيم دور في تطوير عملالهيئة الرياضية. - لوظيفة التوجيه دور في تطوير عملالهيئة الرياضية. - لوظيفة الرقابة دور في تطوير عمل الهيئة الرياضية. و كانت مقاربتنا للموضوع من خلال نظريات الوظائف حيث ركزنا على نظرية فايول و نظرية سيزر . و في نفس السياق تم إعتماد المنهج الوصفي، و لتحقيق الفرضيات تم إستخدام أداة الاستبيان الي تم توزيعها على عينة البحث و المتمثلة في عمال وإطارات مديرية الشباب و الرياضة لولاية غرداية ، أما في ما يخص أساليب البحث فقداعتمدنافي تحليلنا للمعطيات العددية للاستبيانات على القاعدة الثلاثية ن= س× 100 / ت . وبعد عرض و تحليل النتائج استنتجنا ما يلي : للوظائف الادارية دور في تطوير الهيئات الرياضة.كما أوصى بضرورة رقمنة الادارة الرياضية لأنها تساعد على تطوير الهيئات الرياضية.

The study aimed to find out the extent to which administrative functions contribute to the development of the work of sports bodies After conducting the survey, we started from the general premise that administrative functions contribute to the development of the work of sports bodies, where the partial hypotheses were as follows:  The planning function has a role to play in the development of the work of the sports body.  The function of organizing has a role in the development of the work of the sports body.  The coaching function has a role in the development of the work of the sports body.  The oversight function has a role in the development of the work of the sports body. Our approach to the subject was through job theories, where we focused on Viol's and Sezer. In the same context, the descriptive approach was adopted, and to achieve the hypotheses was used the questionnaire tool that was distributed to the research sample, which is represented by the workers and tires of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the state of Ghardaia After presenting and analysing the results, we concluded: Administrative functions have a role in the development of sports bodies. He also recommended the need to digitize sports management because it helps to develop sports bodies
