Etude technicoéconomique d’une installation photovoltaïque pour application dans la région de Ouargla

Abstract

The aim of this work is to study the technical and economic nature of a photovoltaic installation that supplies a group of dwellings located at the end of a low voltage power line in the region of Ouargla in southern Algeria. Based on actual site settings, we provide a method for designing the facility using PVSYST software. We determined the sizing of the various components of the PV system. An economic comparison is made between the PV system and the conventional solution concerning the extension of the LV electrical network to supply the site as well as an ecological assessment determining the amount of CO2 avoided through the use of PV systems.

Ce travail a pour but l’étude technico-économique d’une installation photovoltaïque qui alimente un groupe d’habitations situé à la fin d’un bout de ligne électrique basse tension dans la région d’Ouargla au Sud Algérien. En se basant sur les paramètres réels du site, nous proposons une méthode de conception de l’installation à l’aide du logiciel PVSYST. Nous avons déterminé le dimensionnement des différents composants du système PV. Une comparaison économique est faite entre le système PV et la solution classique concernant l’extension du réseau électrique BT pour l’alimentation du site ainsi qu’une évaluation écologique déterminant la quantité de CO2 évité à travers l’utilisation des systèmes PV.
