تمثلات العائلة الجزائرية للموصوم اجتماعيا بالإجرام والهوية الاجتماعية إنتاج و إعادة إنتاج دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأفراد في مدينة الوادي

Abstract

تعتبر الجريمة من بين الموضوعات، التي نالت اهتمام الكثير من الدراسات،منها الدراسات القانونية والسياسية و الاجتماعية و السوسيولوجية و غيرها ، وذلك لارتباطها بالفرد وما حوله من مجالات وتعمل على تهديده، وعدم استقراره، ومن هنا تزايد الاهتمام في السنوات الأخيرة بتناول الأسباب،والأشكال التي تتجلى فيها موضوع الجريمة في شتى صورها، وعلى هذا الأساس فإن دراسة الجريمة يعتبر بحثا أساسيا، نتمكن من خلاله فهم الواقع.ومن هنا تتجلى الأهمية العلمية والعملية لهذه الدراسة التي ترتبط بالبحث العلمي في بلادنا التي مازالت تفتقر إلى الدراسات السوسيولوجية وذلك بالنظر إلى أن أغلب الأعمال العلمية في بلادنا تركز على الجانب القانوني للجريمة ومن ثم فإن الدراسة الراهنة تعتبر دراسة دقيقة تعمل على فهم الواقع سوسيولوجيا بوجهة نظر مغايرة تعمل على دراسة تفاعلات الفرد الموصوم اجتماعيا وفهم طبيعة التمثلات تجاهه .وتطرقنا فيها لتأسيس مفهوم الوصم الاجتماعي كمفهوم سوسيولوجي ينطلق في طرحه من الوصم الاجتماعي أي من الفعل وذلك من منظور سوسيولوجي معاصر ينطلق في تحليله من الفعل ويتجاوز بذلك الطرح الكلاسيكي الذي ينطلق في تحليله من دراسة الوضعية أي دراسة الجريمة كوضعية .وإبراز الجوانب والأسباب الخفية والفعلية وراء تفشي الإجرام .محاولة إيجاد إجابة عن مشكلات الإجرام في المجال الاجتماعي و الهويات التي تنتجها انطلاقا من النموذج الثقافي الذي يصاحبها .وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة هوية الموصوم اجتماعيا بالإجرام ومدى تأثير هذا الوصم على الفرد الجزائري وكيف يتعامل هذا الفرد مع المجتمع وكيف الفرد يكون موضوع لهذا الوصم أم يكون فاعل ويعمل على تغيير نظرة المجتمع فيه .ولقد حاولت الدراسة إجابة لفرضيات الدراسة .أما على المستوى المنهجي فقامت الباحثة باستعمال المنهج الكيفي واعتمدت عليه لدراسة الدقيقة للمفردة ومعرفة كيفية تفاعلاتها وممارساتها اليومية لمعرفة الهوية التي تصاحبها من واقعها المعاش . ومن بين المناهج الكيفية التي اعتمدنا عليها وحتى نقوم بتحليل المقابلات ومضمونها منهج تحليل المضمون ومنهج الفهم وعملية التأويل وهذه الخطوات تتم عن طريق تحليل مضمون خطاب المبحوث وفهمه ثم تأويله وفي الأخير نصل للتفسير . وتوصلت الدراسة بأن الفرد الحامل لوصمة اجتماعية بإمكانه تجاوزها ويظهر ذلك في إنتاج مختلف المعاني والرموز من العائلة التي تشجعه في التفاعل في مختلف المجالات بهوية جديدة تجعله فردا فاعلا في المجتمع .وتبين أيضا مختلف المعاني والرموز التي ينتجها المجال الاجتماعي المحيط بالموصومين تجعلهم من الأفراد المختلفين وهذه التمثلات تجعلهم أفراد منبوذين في المجال الذي ينتمون إليه مما يسبب لهم عدة صعوبات اجتماعية في ممارساتهم اليومية .كما اتضح أيضا من دراسات الحالات التي قامت بها الباحثة أن الموصومين في مواقف اجتماعية غير مريحة وتجعلهم في حالة اغتراب عن المجتمع ومن ثم يلجئون إلى البحث عن حياه اجتماعية جديدة حتى يتجاوزن بها وصمتهم وبالتالي ينتقلون الى مكان آخر حتى يتفاعلون مع مجلات عمرانية جديدة بهويات جديدة . و كما اتضح أن المجال المحيط بالموصوم والمتمثل من الجيران يقومون على رفضهم اجتماعيا ويظهر ذلك خلال التفاعل الاجتماعي اليومي مما يجعلهم دائما منسحبين ويهربون من الواقع.ولقد بينت الدراسة أن بعض الموصومين يغتربون لمجالات جماعة رفاقهم مما ينتجون معهم ويعيدون إنتاج الجريمة . ومنه نقول بأن هذه الدراسة هي كبداية لدراسات أخرى معمقة وبوجهات علمية مختلفة .

It works on studying the interactions of the socially stigmatized individual and understanding the nature of representations towards him. We discussed in it the establishment of the concept of social stigmatization as a sociological concept that stems from social stigmatization. That is, from the act, from a contemporary sociological perspective, which proceeds in its analysis from the act and by this goes beyond the classical proposition, which stems in its analysis from a study The situation is the study of crime As a situational. And to highlight the hidden and actual aspects and reasons behind the spread of crime. Attempt to find an answer to the problems of crime in the social field and the identities it produces based on the cultural model that accompanies it. This study aimed to know the identity of the socially stigmatized criminal and the extent of the impact of this stigma on the Algerian individual and how he deals with this The individual is with the community and how the individual is the subject of this stigma or is he an actor and works to change the society’s view of it. The study tried to answer the study’s hypotheses. As for the methodological level, the researcher used the qualitative approach and relied on it to study the subtleties of the term and know how its interactions and daily practices are to know the identity that accompanies it Its living reality. Among the qualitative methods that we relied on and even analyzing the interviews and their content is the content analysis approach, the understanding approach, and the interpretation process. These steps are done by analyzing the content of the interviewee’s speech, understanding it, then interpreting it, and in the end, we reach the interpretation. The study found that the individual carrying a social stigma can overcome it and this appears in the production of various meanings and symbols from the family that encourage him to interact in various fields with a new identity that makes him an active individual in society. It also shows the various meanings and symbols produced by the social sphere surrounding the stigmatized make them different individuals and these representations It makes them outcasts in the field to which they belong, which causes them several social difficulties in their daily practices. It also became clear from the case studies carried out by the researcher that the stigmatized in uncomfortable social situations and make them alienated from society and then resort to searching for a new social life Until they transcend their silence and thus move to another place to interact with new urban magazines with new identities. And as it became clear that the area surrounding the stigmatized, represented by the neighbors, rejects them socially and this appears during the daily social interaction, which always makes them withdraw and escape from reality. The study showed that some stigmatized people emigrate to the fields of their comrades group, which produces with them and reproduces crime. Hence, we say that this study is the beginning of other in-depth studies with different scientific perspectives.
