المعالجة الإعلامية لمشروع قانون المحروقات في الجزائر لسنة 2019 دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لعينة من برنامج من الحياة على قناة الحياة وبرنامج الحوار الاقتصادي على القناة التلفزيون الجزائري

Abstract

لقد اهتمت هذه الدراسة بالمعالجة الإعلامية لمشروع قانون المحروقات في الجزائر لسنة 2019 وكانت هذه الدراسة تحليلية مقارنة بين قناة الحياة والقناة العمومية وتتكون هذه الدراسة من محورين رئسيني وهم : الإطار المنهجي وتطرقنا فيه إلي الدراسات السابقة والمشابهة لموضوع دراستنا ثم تحديد إشكالية الدراسة والأسباب والأهمية والأهداف ثم تحديد المفاهيم ، وقد تطلبت الدراسة التي تندرج ضمن البحوث الوصفية اعتماد المنهج الوصف التحليلي باستخدام أداة تحليل المضمون كونها الأداة المناسبة والملائمة لدراستنا ، وقد تم اختيار عينة من إعداد قناتين ( الحياة والقناة العمومية ) وكانت عملية الاختيار مبنية علي أسلوب العينة القصدية . وتطرقنا في الإطار التطبيقي للدراسة إلي عملية المعالجة الإعلامية لمشروع قانون المحروقات في الجزائر لسنة 2019 ،حيث قدمنا عرضنا تطبيقيا وتحليليا مفصلا عن ما توصلنا إليه من تحليل لمضمون المادة الإعلامية محل الدراسة ، فقدمنا أولا تشخيص لقناة الحياة وقناة العمومية ، والمبحث الأول تناولنا فيه التحليل الكمي والكيفي الفئة الشكل لمعالجتها مشروع قانون المحروقات في الجزائر،إما المبحث الثاني فخصصناه للتحليل الكمي والكيفي لفئة المضمون والمبحث الثاني إلي أهام النتائج العامة للدراسة تمثل خلاصة ما توصلنا إليه في دراستنا العلمية والتحليل الكمي والكيفي أخر خطوة قمنا بنيها لاستخراج أهم النتائج : 1 فيما يخص اللغة المستخدمة في المعالجة كلا البرنامجين كانت لغته المستخدمة هي العربية الفصحى والعامية التي يفهمها المشاهد اما 2 بالنسبة للعناوين التي اعتمد عليها كلا البرنامجين كانت عناوين موجودة ليبين لنا هدف البرنامج المهم الذي تعتمد عليها القناتين في طرح الموضوع المعالج كان لبرنامج من الحياة علي قناة الحياة وبرنامج الحوار الاقتصادي علي التلفزيون الجزائري النصيب الأكبر في توظيف وتنويع للقطات وزوايا التصوير نظرنا لي اعتماد البرنامج الحوار الاقتصادي علي أستوديو به جمهور اكبر من أستوديو برنامج من الحياة الذي ليس بيها جمهور 3 فيما يخص الأنواع الصحفية لقد اعتمدت قناة الحياة من خلال برنامج من الحياة علي الحوار الصحفي بينما اعتمدت والقناة العمومية من خلال برنامج الحوار الاقتصادي علي التقارير الصحفية باعتبار هذا النوع من المواضيع الإعلامية والسياسية والاقتصادية بالنسبة لمضمون الصورة الذي اعتمد عليه البرنامجين (من الحياة والحوار الاقتصادي) كانت لي صورة المقدم أهمية كبيرة وبراز وحضور قوي وهذا يرجع إلي سياسة القناة وتحكم في هذا نوع من البرنامج بالنسبة لمضمون الصورة الذي اعتمد عليه البرنامجين (من الحياة والحوار الاقتصادي) كانت لي صورة المقدم أهمية كبيرة وبراز وحضور قوي وهذا يرجع إلي سياسة القناة وتحكم في هذا نوع من البرنامج 4 بالنسبة لديكور المعتمد في البرنامجين لقد اتفاق القناتين من خلال برنامج من الحياة والحوار الاقتصادي علي الديكور الافتراضي والطبيعي علي اعتبار إن هذا النوع من المواضيع الإعلامية والسياسية يحتاج في معالجتها إلي مثل هذا الديكور.

This study was concerned with the media treatment of the hydrocarbons bill in Algeria for the year 2019,especially in light of the difference and inconsistency in trends and positions between many scholars and researchers about the two channels ,treatment of this type of topic .the fuel bill in Algeria ,where the dispute is no longer focused on publishing or not publishing as it was in the past ,rather it depends on the method of treatment ,the nature of the presentation ,the manner of publishing ,and its contents ,form this point of view came this study ,which mainly aims to shed light on how the hydrocarbons bill in Algeria by revealing or identifying the degree of daily interest in the al hayat channel and the most widespread public channel and follow up within the Algerian society and the extent of its commitment to controls and rules of media practice. this study consisted of two main axes ,namely the methodological framework ,in with previous studies that are similar to the subject of our study , then the problem of the study ,the reasons , importance ,and objectives ,and then defining the concepts , the study that falls within the descriptive research based on the approach required the analytical description using the content analysis tool as it is the appropriate tool for our study ,then a sample was chosen from the preparation of the two life channel ,and the public channels ,and the selection process was based on the method of the intended sample As for the other axis, it is the application framework. first we presented a diagnosis for al heat channel and the public channel, and the first topic provided information about the two channel, and the second section dealt with the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the form in the life and public channel to deal with the hydrocarbons bill in Algeria, the third topic we devoted to the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the content. _ witch regard to the language used in the language, both programs were used in formal and colloquial Arabic, which the viewer understands due to the nature of this type of program with regard to the tidies on which both programs relied, titles were present to show us the important goal of the program on which the two channels depend in presenting the treated topic 3_ the min al hayat program on al hayat channel and the economic dialogue program on the Algerian TV channel had the biggest monument in employing and diversifying the shots and shooting angles, we considered the dependence of the economic dialogue program on a studio with a larger audience than the studio of min al hayat which has no audience 4- with regard to journalistic genres , al hay at channel ,through the min al hayat program, relied on journalisti providing statistics on this topic in rod Key words : fuel law ,program of ,economic dialogue program l hayat ,private TV channel ,the public Algerian television
