دراسة تجريبية لتأثيرإزدواجية اللوح الزجاجي على أداء الطباخة الشمسية بمنطقة ورقلة

Abstract

طهي بالطاقة الشمسية هو إحدى التطبيقات الممكنة والمتاحة،هذا التطبيق هو الحل الحقيقي للحد من إزالة الغابات وإساءة استخدام الوقود الأحفوري ،يساهم الطبخ الشمسي أن يوفر كميات كافية من الخشب خاصة في المناطق الصحراوية من أجل الإحتفاظ على نظام بيئي خالي من الملوثات وانبعاث الغازات الدفيئة . تم تطبيق هذا العمل لدراسة تأثير إزدواجية اللوح الزجاجي على أداء طباخة شمسية بمنطقة ورقلة ،حيث تم تصميم وإنجاز طباخ على شكل علبة كرتون بمواد ووسائل بسيطة وسهلة ،أجرينا القياسات اللازمة بإستعمال الأجهزة واختبارات الركود F1 والتسخين الحراريF2 وتحصلنا على قيم F1 و F2 في حالة زجاجتين أحسن من زجاجة واحدة ،حيث سجلنا أعلى قيمة لدرجة حرارة البيضة T=98.6 c˚مما يجدر بنا استخدام طباخ شمسي ذو الغطائين من الزجاج لإنتاج مردود حراري جيد للطهي

Solar cooking is one of the possible and available applications .this application is the real solution to reduce deforestation and the misuse of fossil fuels .Solar cooking contributes to Providing sufficient quantities of wood ˒especially in desert areas ˒in order to maintain an ecosystem free of pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions. This work was applied to study the effect of the glass panel on the performance of the solar the cooker in the region of Ouargla ˒where a cooker in the form of a carton box was designed and achieved with simple and easy materials and methods .we made the necessary measurement using the devices and tests of stagnation F1 and thermal smoking F2 and we obtained the values of F1 and F2 in the case of two bottles is better than one bottle Where we recorder the highest value of the highest value of the egg temperature T=98.6˒it is worth using a solar cooker with two glass lids to produce a good heart return for cooking.

La cuisson solaire fait partie des application .cette application est la vrai solution pour réduire la déforestation et le mauvais usage des énergies fossile.la cuisson solaire contribue à fournir des quantités suffisantes de bois ˒notamment dans les zones désertiques ˒afin de maintenir un écosystème exempt de polluant et émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Ce travail a été appliqué pour étudier pour étudier l'effet de la dualité du panneau de verre sur les performances du cuiseur solaire dans la région de Ouargla, ou un cuiseur en forme de boite en carton a été conçu et réalisé avec des matériaux et des méthodes simples et faciles .Nous avons effectué les mesures nécessaires à l'aide d'équipements et de tests de stagnation F1 pour la convection F2 et nous avons obtenu les valent mieux qu'une bouteille où nous avons enregistré la valeur la plus élevée de la température de la température de l'ouf T=98.6C ̊˒il vaut la peine d'utiliser un cuiseur solaire avec deux couvercles en verre pour production un bon retour de chaleur pour la cuisson
