Abstract

الملخص: يعد استخدام التقنيات الإلكترونية في الإدارة الحديثة من أبرز سمات هذا العصر، ومن بين هذه التقنيات التي نراها في كل شأن من شؤون حياتنا اليومية ظهور تقنية الإدارة الإلكترونية، القائمة على التنظيم الشبكي والسرعة الفائقة، مقابل الإدارة التقليدية القائمة على الهرمية والحركة البطيئة، فباستخدام الإنترنت في وظائف الإدارة تحولت وظائف الإدارة إلى أنماط جديدة من المهام تقوم على التكيف مع الإنترنت ومتطلباته في تخطيط وتنظيم إلكتروني، وقيادة ورقابة إلكترونية. وأدى تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية إلى المساعدة في إنجاز العمل وتوفير الوقت والجهد وسرعة عالية في إنجاز الأعمال وتحقيق الأهداف بسرعة ودقة وبأقل التكاليف في المنظمات والمؤسسات.

Résumer : L'utilisation des techniques électroniques dans l'administration moderne est devenue la caractéristique la plus populaire de cette époque. De toutes ces techniques de notre vie quotidienne, l'administration électronique est celle que nous utilisons le plus, elle est basée sur le réseau organisé et le haut débit, au lieu de la traditionnelle basée sur la hiérarchisation et le ralenti. L'utilisation d'Internet dans l'administration a transformé ses tâches en un nouveau modèle de tâches adaptées à Internet et à ses besoins en matière de planification, d'organisation, de direction et de contrôle des moyens électroniques. L'utilisation de l'administration électronique a permis d'effectuer le travail facilement, d'économiser du temps et des efforts à grande vitesse et d'atteindre les objectifs avec précision et à moindre coût dans les organisations et les institutions.

summary : Using electronical technics in modern administration , has become the most popular caracteristcs of this era. rom all these technics in our daily life,electronical administration is the one we use the most, it's based on organized network and high speed, instead of traditional one based on hierarchical and slow motion . Using internet in administration transformed it's tasks to a new patern of tasks adjusted to internet and it's needs in planning, organizing, leading and controlingelectronical ways. Using electronical administration led to helping get work done easily, saving time and effort with high speed and achieving goals with accuracy and less costs in the organizations and institutions
