دور حاضنات الأعمال في دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وترقية تنافسية

Abstract

لقد باتت عملية تطوير نشاط المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في المرحلة الراهنة بمثابة إحدى الرهانات الأساسية التي تحاول العديد من دول العالم ايلائها الأهمية الكبيرة لما في ذلك من دور ايجابي يبعث على تحسين مؤشرات التنمية الاقتصادية في هذه الدول. فتبعا لما تشهده البيئة الاقتصادية العالمية من تغيرات متلاحقة أصبحت تهدد كيانات أكبر الاقتصادات العالمية بسبب إفرازات لازمات مالية واضطرابات اقتصادية مختلفة فقد اتجهت إلى البحث عن آلية تساعدها في خلق فرص عمل جديدة وفي دفع الاقتصاد وتنشيط عمليات نقل التكنولوجيا لغرض مجابهة المنافسة الأجنبية، ومن هنا نجد آليات عمل حاضنات الأعمال تأتي في مقدمة الحلول العلمية التي قامت بها العديد من الدول الصناعية المتقدمة. ولغرض إبراز دور هذه الآلية في عملية دعم وتطوير المؤسسات الاقتصادية الصغير والمتوسطة، تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى ذلك من خـلال تأصيلها لمفهوم هذه الحاضنات وأهميتها زد على ذلك دورها في ترقية نشاط المؤسسات خاصة في الجزائر، لتختتم بتوصيات وحلول ونتائج مهمة.The development of activity of small and medium enterprises Has become one of the basic bets that attempt to many countries of the world accorded great importance, because that sends a positive role to improve the indicators of economic development in these countries. Depending as witnessed by the global economic environment changes successive become threatening entities, the largest world economies due to discharge of a financial crisis and economic turmoil in different has tended to search for a mechanism to assist them in creating new jobs and boost the economy and stimulate technology transfer in order to meet foreign competition, and here we find mechanisms the work of business incubators in the forefront of scientific solutions carried out by many of the advanced industrial countries. For the purpose of highlighting the role of this mechanism in the process of support and development of economic institutions, small and medium enterprises, this study seeks to through the establish it to the concept of the incubators and their importance Moreover, its role in the promotion activity of the enterprises, particularly in Algeria, to conclude with recommendations and solutions and important results.
