dc.description.abstractThe current study attempts to uncover the reality of the middle school teacher during the Corona time between the imposed quarantine and the new adopted lifestyle after the pandemic disturbance of the regular rhythm. The study has used quantitative and qualitative approach on a sample of twenty-five teachers from Swala Muhammad Lakhdar Middle School in Bouhchana - Guelma. The study relied on the oral interview as the study tool . The results showed that a large number of middle school teachers were able to achieve psychological resilience in times of crisis, and to overcome its negative effects such as depression, increased anxiety, and fear of the unknown, towards rebuilding the self and intellectual production. Thus, their achievements varied in reading, scientific research, and diving in writing and remote teaching.en_US
