dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the negative effects of the Coronavirus pandemic Covid-19 on the emotional and social characteristics of female learners in literacy classes in Tebessa municipality. Based on the social survey method to reach the community and collecting data via observation, interviews, and questionnaires, then statistically analyzing the obtained data using SPSS20. The study found that sample members had a full orientation towards the negative effects of the pandemic on the emotional characteristics of learners, and an incomplete build-up towards these effects on social characteristics.en_US
