| en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The aim of the present study is valorization a nd determination of the chemical composition of two varieties of date palm trees growing in southern Algeria. Therefore, a successive extraction of the different cons tituents then weight lost afte r each extraction was calculated, and the results were confirmed with FTIR analysis. For the mineral composition determination, two different methods, burning and decoction were applied to prepare the samples for the analysis with SAA. | - |
