تحليل عينات بواسطة جهازي HPLC-MS و CPG-MS

Abstract

تتم في هذه الدراسة دراسة نظرية مفصلة،الكروماتوغرافيا الغازية المقترنة بالمطياف الكتلي CPG-MS والكروماتوغرافيا السائلة ذات الأداء العالي المقترنة بالمطياف الكتليHPLC-MSحيث تم التطرق إلى أهم الأجزاء والمكونات الرئيسية لكلا الجهازينCG-MS،HPLC-MS .والتعرف على الشروط العملية ومبدأ عمل كل طريقة، والأطوار المميزة لها. مع ذكر أبرز المشكلات و المعيقات التي تصادف الباحث الكيميائي أثناء القيام بالتحليل للعينات على جهازيCG- MS HPLC-MS وفي الأخير تم إستنتاج أهم المزايا و المجالات التطبيق لكل من جهازCG-MS،HPLC-MS. ونظرا لعدم توفر الأجهزة في المؤسسة التي ندرس بها لم نقم بالعمل المخبري.

This study is a detailed theoretical study , of gas chromatography associated with Mass spectra GC-MS and hig-performance liquid chromatography , associated withMass spectra HPLC-MS , The major parts and components of both GC-MS , HPLC-MS have been addressed . Learn about the practical conditions and the principle of operation of each method and its distinctive phases .The main problems and difficulties encountered by the chemist during the sample analysis are mentioned onGC-MS and HPLC-MS. The most important features and application areas of GC-MS and HPLC-MS are finally inferred . Because of the lack of equipment in the institution we are studying , we have not done the work of informers.
