dc.description.abstractThis study came mainly to identify the reality of the indicators of good governance in the Arab countries, and try to classify them according to these indicators by taking a cross section for the year 2017, to achieve the goal of the study. Two methods were used for statistical analysis, the analysis of the principal components and cluster analysis, through the results it was found that the indicators (GE, RL, RQ, CC, PS) present in a strong, medium, and weak presence in Arab countries, and through cluster analysis, Arab countries were divided according to the indicators of good governance into three groups, which is the first group that had an advanced arrangement compared to the rest of the groups in containing positive values in indicators Good governance, as for the total The second is known indicators of good governance rule from medium to weak. The third group is the countries in which the indicators of good governance are considered absent due to the state of security and the absence of political stability,The Gulf countries occupied the lead compared to the rest of the countriesen_US
