الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بالتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط دراسة ميدانية بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تناول موضوع الدراسة الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بالتوافق النفسي، لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط وكانت الاهداف معرفة العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي، والتوافق النفسي والتعرف على درجة الرضا الوظيفي والتوافق النفسي والتعرف على درجة الرضا الوظيفي والتوافق النفسي لدى أساتذة وكذلك التعرف على الفروق في التوافق النفسي حسب (الجنس، السن، الأقدمية). اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي ، كما اعتمدت على مقياسين الاول مقياس مينيسوتا لرضا الوظيفي والثاني مقياس التوافق النفسي، مصمم من طرف الطالبة وتم تطبيقه على عين قدرت ب 86 أستاذا وأستاذة وقد تم معالجة البيانات ، بالبرنامج الرزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية , بين الرضا الوظيفي والتوافق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ، والى وجود درجة مرتفعة في الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط و الى وجود درجة متوسطة في التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي ، لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ، والى عدم وجدود فروق في التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي، لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط حسب (الجنس, السن , الاقدمية) .

The objectives were to know the relationship between job satisfaction, psychological compatibility and to identify the degree of job satisfaction and psychological compatibility and to identify the degree of job satisfaction and psychological compatibility in professors as well as to identify the differences in psychological compatibility according to (sex, age, seniority). The study relied on the descriptive and associative approach, as well as on two scales, the first Minnesota measure of job satisfaction and the second psychological compatibility scale, designed by the student and applied to an eye estimated at 86 professors and professors have been processed data, in the program statistical packages of Social Sciences spss and the study found , Between job satisfaction and psychological compatibility in intermediate education professors, to the presence of a high degree in job satisfaction in intermediate education professors and to the presence of an average degree in psychological and social compatibility, in intermediate education professors, and to the absence of differences in psychosocial compatibility , in intermediate education professors according to (sex, age, seniority).
