Abstract

The purpose of This study is to address the problematic reality of the commitment to work ethic In the field of agriculture with its specificities, especially the dimensions of activity And specifically livestock breeding. We conducted a field study that included a sample of 39 cattle breeders in the administrative district of Ouled Jalal, Biskra State, where we used the questionnaire and then processed the data obtained through SPSS v.16. One of the main findings of the study is that the study sample achieved a high ethical commitment towards all parties to deal.تهدف هذه الدراسة للتطرق لإشكالية واقع الالتزام بأخلاقيات العمل في المجال الفلاحي كمجال له خصوصياته خاصة فيما يتعلق بأبعاد ممارسة النشاط، و بالتحديد نشاط تربية المواشي، وذلك من خلال تحديد الجوانب المتعلقة بهذا النشاط. من أجل ذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية شملت عينة مكونة من 39 مربي ماشية في المقاطعة الإدارية أولاد جلال ولاية بسكرة، استخدمنا فيها الاستبيان ثم أجرينا معالجة للبيانات المحصل عليها عن طريق برنامج spss v.16. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن العينة محل الدراسة تحقق التزاما أخلاقيا مرتفعا اتجاه جميع أطراف التعامل
