الاتصال الإداري الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف الاتصال الإداري الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا وكيف ساهم في الاتصال بين أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية وإدارة الكلية بجامعة ورقلة و انطلقت من التساؤل التالي: كيف ساهم الاتصال الإداري الإلكتروني في تسهيل عملية التواصل بين الأساتذة والإدارة في ظل جائحة كورونا بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ؟ حيث أطرت الإشكالية في عدة تساؤلات وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد: • الإطلاع على الأساليب التي انتهجتها إدارة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة ورقلة لتسهيل الاتصال بين الإدارة والكلية. • التعرف على القضايا والمسائل التي تم فيها الاعتماد على الاتصال الإلكتروني بين إدارة الكلية و الأساتذة في ظل جائحة كورونا. • معرفة درجة تفاعل الأساتذة مع الإدارة عن طريق الاتصال الإلكتروني. وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الذي يعد من أقرب المناهج إلى الدراسات والبحوث الإعلامية كما تألف مجتمع الدراسة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية حيث تم توزيع استمارة الاستبيان إلكترونيا على عينة مكونة من 83 أستاذ جامعي من كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها:  إدارة كلية سعت إلى تطوير الاتصال الإداري الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا. إدارة الكلية اعتمدت على الاتصال الإلكتروني أكثر من الاتصال التقليدي في ظل جائحة كورونا.  إدارة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية كانت في الغالب تعقد اجتماعات افتراضية في فترة جائحة كورونا.  الموقع الأنسب للتواصل إلكترونيا بين الإدارة والأساتذة هو موقع الفيس بوك.  كل الأساتذة يعتمدون على الاتصال الإداري الإلكتروني ، خاصة في ظل جائحة كورونا التي فرضت فيه التباعد الصحي.  الاتصال الإداري الإلكتروني لم يؤثر على طريقة سير الموسم الجامعي بل كان له أثر إيجابي لاسيما في فترة جائحة كورونا.

This study seeks to identify the electronic administrative communication in light of the Corona pandemic and how it contributed to the communication between the professors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the administration of the faculty at the University of Ouargla, and it started from the following question: How did electronic administrative communication facilitate the process of communication between professors and administration in light of the Corona pandemic at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla? The problem was framed in several questions, and the study aimed to determine: • Review the methods adopted by the administration of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Ouargla to facilitate communication between the administration and the college. • Identifying issues and issues in which electronic communication between the college administration and professors has been relied upon under the Corona pandemic. • Knowing the degree of interaction of professors with the administration through electronic communication. The descriptive approach was relied upon, which is one of the closest approaches to media studies and research, and the study community consisted of professors of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. The questionnaire was electronically distributed to a sample of 83 university professors from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. The study reached a set of results. The most important ones:  College administration sought to develop electronic administrative communication in light of the Corona pandemic. The college administration relied on electronic communication more than traditional communication in light of the Corona pandemic.  The administration of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences often held virtual meetings during the Corona pandemic period.  The most appropriate site for electronic communication between administration and professors is Facebook.  All teachers rely on electronic administrative communication, especially in light of the Corona pandemic, in which health distancing was imposed.  Electronic administrative communication did not affect the course of the university season, but rather had a positive impact, especially during the period of the Corona pandemic.
