مهارات الاتصال لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية كما يدركها تلاميذ الطور الثانوي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مهارات الإتصال لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في بعض ثانويات مدينة تقرت كما يدركها تلاميذ الطور الثانوي , والكشف عن الإختلاف بين تلاميذ هذه المرحلة في إدراك هذه المهارات تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور و إناث) وتبعا لمتغير المستوى الدراسي ( أولى وثانية وثالثة ثانوي), وقد أختيرت عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية طبقية من مجتمع الدراسة الأصل بنسبة (10%) والبالغ عددها (104) تلميذا , وقد تم إستخدام مقياس مكون من (15) عبارة لـ"محمد حسن علاوة 1998"في صورته (ب), فأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود مهارات الإتصال لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وبدرجة عالية من وجهة نظر تلاميذ الطور الثانوي وخلصت كذلك إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الجنس وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي.

Phyiscal and sports education teachers cammunication skills as realised by secondary (hight school fograduates (pupils). The study taryated to the identification of physic and sport education teachers commuinication skills in school of Touggourt city secondary schools as realised by high school graduates and the discovery of the distinction within (bétween) the pupils of skills considering(following)and as a regard to both sexes and genders (boys and girls) and the terning degree (first and second year) the sample study has been chosen at randon order in social study origin at 10% of 104 pupil and criterion of 15 experssion to Mohammed hassan Allawa 1998 in his picture ( photo) B that showed the study conseqencesthe exiscance of physical and sports education teachers communication skills and high rank ( degree)from the secondary education pupils point distinction .If also resulted at the existance of distinctions demonstrationg stotistics cousd by the sex ( gender) change and the lack of differences in statistics caused by the change in learning level ( study degree)
