مستوى رضا أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية عن المناخ الدراسي وعلاقتها بدافعيتهم للتدريس

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى رضا أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية عن المناخ الدراسي، ومستوى دافعيتهم للتدريس، والتعرف على العلاقة بين مستوى رضا أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية عن المناخ الدراسي ودافعيتهم للتدريس، واستخدم الطالب المنهج الوصفي للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 62 أستاذ، واعتمد الطالب على مقياسين: مقياس المناخ الدراسي ومقياس دافعية التدريس، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا بواسطة المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون، وتوصل الطالب إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع في الرضا عن المناخ الدراسي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، ووجود مستوى مرتفع في دافعية التدريس لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، ووجود ارتباط موجب دال إحصائيا بين مستوى رضا أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية عن المناخ الدراسي ودافعيتهم للتدريس الكلمات المفتاحية: المناخ الدراسي، دافعية التدريس، أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية.

The study aimed to identify the level of satisfaction of teachers of physical and sports education about the school climate, the level of motivation for teaching, and the relationship between the level of satisfaction of teachers of physical and sports education about the school climate and their motivation for teaching, the student used the descriptive curriculum to verify the study hypotheses, and the sample of the study consisted of 62 professors, and the student relied on two measures: the study climate and the teaching motivation measure, and the data was processed statistically by the average arithmetic and standard deviation and test (t) one sample and the correlation coefficient pearson, and reached a high level of satisfaction. About the academic climate of the teachers of physical and sports education, the presence of a high level of motivation in the teaching of the teachers of physical and sports education, and the existence of a positive correlation statistically between the level of satisfaction of teachers of physical and sports education about the school climate and their motivation to teach
