الأداء البيداغوجي للطالب الجامعي وعلاقته بمشروع مجتمع دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة الماستر بجامعة قاصدي مرباح -ورقلة-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة الأداء البيداغوجي للطالب الجامعي وعلاقته بمشروع مجتمع ومدى إدراك الطالب بمشروع مجتمعه ، وقد تضمنت الدراسة التساؤل الرئيسي الذي ينطلق من : ما طبيعة الأداء البيداغوجي للطالب الجامعي وعلاقته بمشروع مجتمع وتندرج تحته التساؤلات الفرعية والتي مفادها : -ما طبيعة الأداء البيداغوجي للطالب الجامعي وعلاقته بهوية المجتمع ؟ -هل هناك علاقة بين الأداء البيداغوجي للطالب الجامعي وعلاقته بمشروع الاقتصادي للمجتمع ؟ -هل هناك علاقة بين الأداء البيداغوجي للطالب الجامعي والمشروع السياسي للمجتمع؟ -هل الأداء البيداغوجي للطالب الجامعي يستهدف تحقيق نموذج لمجتمع ما ؟ -هل المحاضرات التي يتلقاها الطالب الجامعي لها علاقة بمشروع مجتمع ؟ -هل الأعمال التطبيقية التي يمارسها الطالب علاقة بمشروع مجتمع ؟ -هل المناقشات التي يجريها الطالب الجامعي مع زملائه لها علاقة بمشروع مجتمع ؟ -هل للقراءة والمطالعة التي يقوم بها الطالب جامعي لها علاقة بمشروع مجتمع ؟ -هل يهدف الأداء البيداغوجي إلى تحقيق نموذج الطالب الجامعي الذي ينشده المجتمع ؟ وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يقوم على جمع البيانات وتفسيرها وتحليلها ، وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة العرضية ، من مستوىين أولى وثانية ماستر بجامعة قاصدى مرباح ورقلة ، حيث بلغ عددهم 55 طالب وطالبة وحيث تم اختيارهم عن طريق الصدفة عند تواجدهم في الجامعة ، وتم الاستعانة في جمع البيانات الدراسة على أداة الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتحليل إجابات المبحوثين كانت نتائج الدراسة تتمثل كما يلي : ـ أن الأداء البيدغواجي مرتبط نوعا ما بهوية المجتمع ودلك من خلال ما تمليه القواعد الاجتماعية في تنظيم والسير الأداء البيدغواجي وصولا إلى الأفكار التي تتبنها الحركة الاجتماعية بهدف التغير الاجتماعي . ـ أن الطالب الجامعي وخاصة في تكوين الماستر يكتسب الخبرات تؤهله إلى مناقشة المشاريع الاجتماعية مع الزملاء والأساتذة وبعض أفراد الفضاء الجامعي كما أن للمنهج التعليمي والعلمي من المحاضرات ، البحوث ، المشاريع ، الاستكشاف والمطالعة لدى الطالب تنمي قدراته ومعارفه في المجال التطبيق التكويني العلمي في الحياة العملية ـ هناك علاقة بين الأداء البيدغواجي للطالب الجامعي ومشروع مجتمع باعتبار أن مشروع مجتمع هو مجموعة من الأفكار والمبادئ والتصورات ينشأها الطالب الجامعي في مراحله تكوينية الأخيرة .

This current study aims to reveal the nature of the pedagogical performance of the university student and its relationship to a community project and the extent of the student’s awareness of his community project. The study included the main question that stems from: What is the nature of the pedagogical performance of the university student and its relationship to a community project? It includes the sub-questions which are: What is the nature of the pedagogical performance of the university student and its relationship to the identity of society? Is there a relationship between the pedagogical performance of the university student and its relationship to the economic project? for society? Is there a relationship between the pedagogical performance of the university student and the political project of the community? Does the pedagogical performance of the university student aim to achieve a model for a society? Are the lectures received by the university student related to a community project? Is the practical work practiced by the student related to a community project? Are the discussions that the university student conducts with his colleagues related to a community project? Does the reading and reading undertaken by a university student have anything to do with a community project? Does the pedagogical performance aim to achieve the university student model sought by society? This study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, which is based on data collection, interpretation and analysis, and the sample was chosen by accident, from two levels, first and second master, at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla, where they numbered 55 students and where they were chosen by chance when they were at the university. The use of the questionnaire tool as a main tool for data collection and analysis of the respondents’ answers. The results of the study were as follows: The pedagogical performance is somewhat linked to the identity of the community, and that is through what is dictated by the social rules in organizing and moving the pedagogical performance up to the ideas adopted by the social movement with the aim of social change. The university student, especially in the formation of the master, acquires experiences that qualifies him to discuss social projects with colleagues, professors and some members of the university space. The educational and scientific curriculum of lectures, research, projects, exploration and reading of the student develops his abilities and knowledge in the field of scientific formative application in practical life There is a relationship between the pedagogical performance of the university student and a community project, considering that a community project is a set of ideas, principles and perceptions established by the university student in his last formative stages.
