¨ دراسة عينــة من مجتمع مدينة ورقلة¨ دور مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في التنميــــة المحلية بولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في التحسيس بقضايا التنمية المحلية بمدينة ورقلة، وللوصول إلى النتائج الخاصة بالدراسة، تم طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: " كيف تساهم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في التحسيس بقضايا التنمية بمدينة ورقلة؟ " وللإجابة على هذا السؤال، تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية و التي كانت كما يلي: 1. ما هي الدوافع التي تجعل مجتمع مدينة ورقلة يستخدمون مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الاطلاع على قضايا التنمية ؟ 2. ماهي أهم المشاريع و القضايا التنموية التي تساهم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في التحسيس بها ؟ 3. كيف ساهمت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في دفع عجلة التنمية بعاصمة الجنوب ورقلة؟ والإجراءات المنهجية التي تم استخدامها في هذه الدراسة تمثلت في المنهج المسحي التحليلي، وتم اختيار العينة القصدية والتي تكونت نت 61 مفردة لمجتمع مدينة ورقلة، وقد تم الاعتماد في عملية جمع المعلومات على أداتي الملاحظة و الاستبيان التي صممت ثم وزعت على افراد العينة، وقد تمت معالجة المعلومات و النتائج بالأساليب الاحصائية المتمثلة في التكرارات و النسب المئوية وكذا الرسومات البيانية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تلعب دورا أساسيا في نقل الأخبار والمعلومات حول كل ما يخص مدينة ورقلة في مجال التنمية، من خلال الصفحات المخصصة بالمنطقة بصفة عامة، وبذلك فالمواقع الالكترونية تساهم بطريقة مباشرة في التحسيس و التعريف بالقضايا التنموية لمجتمع مدينة ورقلة.

This study aimed to know the role that social networking sites play in raising awareness of local development issues in the city of Ouargla, and to reach the results of the study, the following main question was asked: "How do social networking sites contribute to awareness of development issues in the city of Ouargla?" To answer this question, A set of sub-questions were relied upon, which were as follows: 1) What are the motives that make the community of the city of Ouargla use social networking sites to learn about development issues? 2) What are the most important projects and development issues that social networking sites contribute to raising awareness about? 3) How did social networking sites contribute to advancing development in the capital of the south, Ouargla? The methodological procedures that were used in this study were represented in the analytical survey method, and the intentional sample was selected, which consisted of 61 individuals for the community of the city of Ouargla, and the process of collecting information was relied on the observation and questionnaire tools that were designed and then distributed to the sample members. Processing information and results using statistical methods represented in frequencies and percentages, as well as graphs. The study concluded that social networking sites play a key role in transmitting news and information about everything related to the city of Ouargla in the field of development, through the pages dedicated to the region in general, and thus the websites contribute directly to awareness and definition of development issues for the city’s community Ouargla..
