التغطية الإعلامية لموضوع تعديل الدستور الجزائري لسنة 2020 في القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة "دراسة تحليلية مقارنة بين قناتي الشروق News والنهار TV "

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا الى التعرف على كيفية التغطية الاعلامية لموضوع التعديل الدستوري الجزائري لسنة 2020 في القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة، ذلك من حيث الشكل والمضمون أو الإطار الذي جاءت فيه، بالإضافة الى الكشف عن أوجه التشابه والاختلاف في تناول هذه القنوات للمضامين الاعلامية المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة. وتمثلت إشكالية الدراسة في: كيف عالجت النشرات الإخبارية لقناتي الشروقNEWS والنهارTV موضوع تعديل الدستور الجزائري لسنة 2020م في الفترة الممتدة من 01/01/2020م إلى 31/12/2020م؟ وقد تفرعت عن إشكالية الدراسة مجموعة من الأسئلة الفرعية والمتمثلة في: • كيف عالجت القناتين موضوع تعديل الدستور الجزائري لسنة 2020 في نشراتها الإخبارية من حيث الشكل؟ • كيف عالجت القناتين موضوع تعديل الدستور الجزائري لسنة 2020 في نشراتها الإخبارية من حيث المضمون؟ • ماهي أوجه التشابه والاختلاف من حيث التناول الإعلامي في القناتين لموضوع تعديل الدستور الجزائري لسنة 2020؟ واعتمدنا على منهج تحليل المضمون إضافة الى المنهج المقارن، ومع الاعتماد على أداة تحليل المضمون، واستخدمنا العينة القصدية لاختيار مجموعة من الفيديوهات المقتطعة من النشرات الإخبارية لقناتي الشروقNEWS والنهارTV والمتوفرة على القنوات الرسمية على اليوتيوب الخاصة بالقناتين، وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة من (01/01/2020 الى غاية 31/12/2020)، بعد تحليل العينة خلصنا الى عدة نتائج أهمها: عالجت القناتين الموضوع في قالب الحديث الصحفي لأهمية الموضوع الذي يستدعي تحليلات ونقاشات ولإضفاء المصداقية على الأخبار المنشورة، مع استخدام قالب التقرير الصحفي الذي يبحث في خلفيات وحيثيات الموضوع، وكذلك الاعتماد على تصريحات الشخصيات الرسمية وذلك لاستسقاء الأخبار والمعلومات من مصدرها الرسمي، أيضا التركيز على موضوع التحسيس للحملة الاستفتائية يدل على عدم الحيادية في التغطية وتغطية موضوع على حساب المواضيع الأخرى.

The aim of the study is to identify how the media coverage the amending of the Algerian Constitution for the year 2020 in private television channels, in terms of form, and in terms of content, in addition to revealing similarities and differences in the way these channels cover the media contents related to the subject of the study. The problem of the study where: How did the channels of Echorouk News and Annahar TV channels cover the topic of the amending of the Algerian Constitution for the year 2020 in the period from 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2020? A set of sub-questions branched from the problem of the study, which are: • How did the two channels cover the topic of the amending of the Algerian Constitution for the year 2020 in their news bulletins in terms of form? • How did the two channels cover the topic of the amending of the Algerian constitution for the year 2020 in their news bulletins in terms of content? • What are the similarities and differences in terms of media coverage in the two channels of the issue of amending the Algerian constitution for the year 2020? Our study relied on the content analysis method, in addition to the comparative method approach, and we reliance on the content analysis tool, and we used the purposive sample to choose a group of videos from the news bulletins of Echorouk News and Annahar TV channels which are available on the official YouTube channels of the two channels, during the period from 01/01/ 2020 to 12/31/2020), after analyzing the sample, we concluded several results, the most important results are: The two channels covered the topic in the form of press interview due to the importance of the topic that calls for analyzes and discussions and to give credibility to the published news, with the use of the press report template that examines the backgrounds and merits of the topic, As well as the dependence of the two channels on the statements of official figures in order to obtain news and information from its official source. In addition, the focus on the issue of sensitization for the referendum campaign indicates the lack of impartiality in coverage.
