الإحباط النفسي لدى العمال المؤقتين العاملين في قطاع التربية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى الإحباط لدى العمال المؤقتين العاملين في قطاع التربية بمدينة ورقلة باختلاف المتغيرات التنظيمية لدى العمال المؤقتين والتي تشمل (الجنس, السن, المستوى التعليمي ,نوع العقد).اعتمدت الطالبة على عينة حجمها 224من العمال المؤقتين العاملين في قطاع التربية.اشتملت الدراسة على أداة قياس واحدة وهي مقياس الإحباط النفسي الذي تم تبنيه من طرفBartholomew واحتوى على ثلاثة أبعاد وهي (الاستقلالية, الكفاءة, الارتباطية) وعدد بنوده تسعة (9). توصلت الطالبة على النتائج التالي: 1-مستوى الإحباط النفسي لدى العمال المؤقتين العاملين في قطاع التربية بمدينة ورقلة مرتفع. 2-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإحباط النفسي لدى العمال المؤقتين في قطاع التربية بمدينة ورقلة يعزى إلى متغير الجنس. 3-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإحباط النفسي لدى العمال المؤقتين في قطاع التربية بمدينة ورقلة يعزى إلى متغير السن. 4-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإحباط النفسي لدى العمال المؤقتين في قطاع التربية بمدينة ورقلة يعزى إلى متغير المستوى التعليمي. 5-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإحباط النفسي لدى العمال المؤقتين في قطاع التربية بمدينة ورقلة يعزى إلى متغير نوع العقد

This study aimed to measure the level of frustration among temporary workers working in the education sector in the city of Ouargla, according to the different organizational variables of temporary workers, which include (Gender, age, educational level, contract type). The student relied on a sample of 224 temporary workers working in the education sector. The study included one measuring tool, the Psychological Frustration Scale, which was adopted by Bartholomew and contained three dimensions (independence, efficiency, The number of its items is nine (9). The student reached the following results:

1- The level of psychological frustration among temporary workers working in the education sector in the city of Ouargla is high. 2- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological frustration among temporary workers in the education sector in the city of Ouargla due to the gender variable. 3- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological frustration among temporary workers in the education sector in the city of Ouargla due to the age variable. 4- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological frustration among temporary workers in the education sector in the city of Ouargla due to the educational level variable. 5- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological frustration among temporary workers in the education sector in the city of Ouargla due to the contract type variable
