Abstract

عرفت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الآونة الأخيرة إقبالا واسعا من طرف أعداد هائلة ومتزايدة من المستخدمين باختلاف شرائحهم العمرية ومستوياتهم الفكرية والاجتماعية والثقافية وبات الاعتماد عليها في الحصول على المعلومات والأخبار أهمية بالغة نظرا لمحتويات المواضيع التي تتضمنها تلك المواقع وتحديدا موقع الفيسبوك الذي يعتبر مصدر إخباري وخاصة في المواقف الغامضة . وفي ظل الظروف التي يشهدها العالم اليوم جراء انتشار و تفشي جائحة كورونا الذي انجر عنه فرض آليات وأساليب وقائية خصوصا الالتزام بالحجر الصحي الذي نتج عنه الاعتماد على العالم الافتراضي الإلكتروني وتداول المعلومة وتناقلها دون معرفة مصدرها أو دليل يثبت صد قها من عدمها، وأصبح المتابعين لهذه المواقع يقعون في فخ ما يسمى بالإشاعة ، مما أدى إلى خلق نوع من الشكوك والتخوفات في التفريق بين الخبر الصحيح و المعلومة الشائعة وسبل تأكيد صحتها أو نفيها. لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة المعنونة بـ "مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وترويج الشائعات في زمن كورونا " للكشف عن الأسباب التي أدت إلى ارتفاع الشائعات في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي خاصة في زمن كورونا . وطرحنا التساؤل الرئيسي التالي : مادور موقع الفيسبوك في ترويج الشائعات في زمن كورونا ؟ ويندرج ضمن هذا التساؤل تساؤلات فرعية : ماهي عوامل ارتفاع نسبة الشائعات في زمن كورونا من خلال موقع الفيسبوك ؟ ماهي المصادر المعــتمدة لترويج الشائعات على موقع الفيسبوك في زمن كورونا ؟ ماهي أساليب التصدي للشائعات على موقع الفيسبوك ؟ استخدمت الدراسة نظرية الاستخدامات والاشباعات كإطار علمي يمكن على ضوئه تفسير النتائج ضمن سياقها الطبيعي كما اتبعت دراستنا المنهج البحث الميداني مدعما بأداة تحليلية قصد وصف و معالجة الظاهرة والذي يعد الأنسب لمثل هذه الدراسات كما اعتمدنا على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والذي تتضمن ثلاث محاور. أما عن مجتمع الدراسة فيتكون من مجموعة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح المستخدمين لموقع الفيسبوك. تمت الدراسة التحليلية على عينة قوامها34 مفردة وتم اختيارها بطريقة قصديه. كشفت نتائج الدراسة في الأخير أن. _ أهم أسباب ارتفاع الشائعات في زمن كورونا على موقع الفيسبوك تتمثل في آليات الحجر الصحي الذي حتم استخدام الموقع الافتراضي الفيسبوك كونه متاحا لدى شرائح واسعة في المجتمع بمختلف محتوياته وخاصة الاجتماعية منها من اجل البحث عن المعلومة حول طبيعه هذا الوباء ومصدرها وطرق التصدي لها، مما سبب نشر الذعر والخوف بين أفراد المجتمع أين تم تداول معلومات مغلوطة من طرف مصادر مجهولة تسعى لتحقيق أهداف مادية اوشخصية.ومن خلال أراء ووجهات النظر للمبحوثين حول استخدامات الفيسبوك ومواقع الواصل الاجتماعي عموما وعلاقتها بانتشار الاشاعه في زمن كورونا تم تأكيد ضروروة ترشيد الاعتماد والاستخدام الواسع لهذه المواقع وعلى رأسها الفيسبوك بما في ذلك تعزيز الأطر القانونية والرقابية للحيلولة دون انتشار الشائعة وكذا التصدي توعويا وردعيا لهذا المرض الاجتماعي الذي يثير الفوضه والبلبلة في ضرف صحي تستخدم فيه تكنولوجيا الاتصالات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لأغراض تهدم المجتمع أو تبنيه.

Recently, social networking sites have become very popular with huge and increasing numbers of users of different age groups and intellectual, social and cultural levels. Reliance on them in obtaining information and news has become extremely important due to the contents of the topics included in these sites, specifically Facebook, which is a news source, especially in situations. the mysterious. And in light of the circumstances the world is witnessing today as a result of the spread and outbreak of the Corona pandemic, which led to the imposition of preventive mechanisms and methods, especially the commitment to the quarantine, which resulted in reliance on the electronic virtual world and the circulation and transmission of information without knowing its source or evidence that proves its veracity or not, and the followers of these sites have become They fall into the trap of the so-called rumor, which leads to the creation of a kind of doubt and fear in differentiating between true news and popular information and ways to confirm or deny its authenticity. Therefore, this study entitled “Social Media and Rumor Promotion in the Time of Corona” came to reveal the reasons that led to the rise of rumors on social media, especially in the time of Corona. We asked the following main question: What is the role of Facebook in promoting rumors in the time of Corona? Sub-questions fall within this question: What are the factors behind the high rate of rumors in the time of Corona through Facebook? What are the approved sources for spreading rumors on Facebook in the time of Corona? What are the methods of dealing with rumors on Facebook? The study used the theory of uses and gratifications as a scientific framework in the light of which the results can be interpreted within their natural context. Our study also followed the field research method supported by an analytical tool in order to describe and treat the phenomenon, which is the most appropriate for such studies. We also relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which includes three axes. As for the study population, it consists of a group of professors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of KasdiMerbah who use Facebook. The analytical study was carried out on a sample of 34 individuals, which were selected intentionally. The results of the study finally revealed that. _ The most important reasons for the rise of rumors in the time of Corona on the Facebook site are the quarantine mechanisms that necessitated the use of the virtual site Facebook as it is available to large segments of society with its various contents, especially social ones, in order to search for information about the nature of this epidemic, its source and ways to address it, which caused Spreading panic and fear among members of society where false information has been circulated by unknown sources seeking to achieve material or personal goals. Headed by Facebook, including strengthening legal andregulatorframeworks to prevent the spread of rumor, as well as an awareness-raising and deterrent response to this social disease that causes chaos and confusion in a health condition in which communication technology uses social networking sites for the purposes of destroying or building society.
