Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية المعنونة بـــ" نوعية التكوين بالمؤسسة وعلاقته بالكفاءة المهنية للعامل "إلى البحث والكشف عن نوعية التكوين التي تساهم في زيادة الكفاءة المهنية؛ حيث إرتكز إهتمامنا على أنواع التكوين وبرامجها وكذا مدتها التي يتلقاها الموظف؛ إذ حاولنا تقصي حقائق الظاهرة من الواقع. وتمحورت إشكالية الدراسة في تساؤل مركزي مفاده: هل لنوعية التكوين بالمؤسسة علاقة بالكفاءة المهنية للعامل. وللإجابة عن هذا قام الباحث إلى تفكيك التساؤل المركزي إلى مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية والتي تعتبر أبعاد هذه الدراسة وتمثلت في مايلي: • هل لفترة التكوين علاقة بإكتساب معارف وأفكار شاملة لدى العامل؟ • هل للبرامج التكوينية النظرية دور بزيادة الكفاءة المهنية للعامل؟ • هل تساعد نوعية التكوين المتحصل عليه في تكيف العامل مع بيئته المهنية؟ وإنقسمت الدراسة إلى جانب نظري ثم التطرق للأبعاد والمؤشرات والتراث النظري. وآخر تطبيقي وإستخدام فيه المنهج الوصفي بغية الوصف والتحليل، كما إعتمد الباحث على أسلوب المسح الإجتماعي الشامل لكافة أفراد المجتمع لمدرسة الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا بمدينة ورقلة للموظفين الخاضعين لعملية التكوين، وثم الاعتماد على أداتي الملاحظة والمقابلة كأدوات مساعدة لجمع البيانات وعلى الإستبيان كأداة أساسية وكانت نتائج الدراسة المتوصل إليها كالآتي: • توجد علاقة بين فترة التكوين التي يخضع لها الموظف ومدى مساهمتها بإكتساب معارف وأفكار شاملة عن طبيعة عمله. • إن تطبيق البرامج التكوين النظري والتطبيقي معا له دور فاعل بزياد الكفاءة المهنية للعامل. • تساعد نوعية التكوين المتخصص المتحصل عليها من المراكز والمعاهد في إنسجام العامل وتحسن كفاءته مع بيئته المهنية.

The present study, entitled "Quality of training in the enterprise and its relationship to the professional competence of the worker," aims to research and detect the quality of training that contributes to the enhancement of professional competence; Our attention was based on the types and programmes of training as well as the duration of such training; We tried to investigate the facts of the phenomenon from reality. The problem of the study centered on a central question: Does the quality of training in the institution relate to the professional competence of the worker? To answer this, the researcher deconstructed the central question into a set of sub-questions, which are the dimensions of this study: • Does the period of formation have to do with the acquisition of a worker's comprehensive knowledge and ideas? • Do theoretical formative programs play a role in increasing the professional competence of a worker? • Does the quality of the composition obtained help to adapt the worker to his or her professional environment? The study was divided along theoretical lines. Dimensions, indicators and theoretical heritage were addressed. and the last application and use of the descriptive method for description and analysis; The researcher also relied on a comprehensive social survey of all members of society for the School for Children with Hearing Disabilities in the City of Oaurgla for staff in the training process. Then rely on observation and interview tools as tools for data collection and on the questionnaire as an essential tool. The results of the study were as follows: • There is a relationship between the period of the staff member's training and the extent to which it contributes to the acquisition of comprehensive knowledge and ideas about the nature of his or her work. • The application of programs, both theoretical and practical, plays an active role in increasing the professional competence of the worker. • The quality of specialized training obtained from centres and institutes helps to align the worker with his or her professional environment.
