واقع تطبيق المقاربة بالكفاءات من وجهة نظر المعلمين دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المعلمين بمدارس منطقة النزلة- ولاية تقرت

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة المعنونة: " واقع تطبيق بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفاءات من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمنطقة النزلة " إلى الإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي المتمثل في: ماهو واقع تطبيق بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفاءات من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمنطقة النزلة ؟ وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل تم طرح تساؤلات فرعية: 1)- هل يمتلك المعلمين بمنطقة النزلة التكوين اللازم لتطبيق المقاربة بالكفاءات؟ 2_-هل يجد المعلمون منطقة النزلة أثار ايجابية في تطبيق المقاربة بالكفاءات؟ 3- -ماهي الصعوبات التي يواجهها المعلمين منطقة النزلة في تطبيقهم لهذه المقاربة؟ ولقد تم إتباع مجموعة من الإجراءات، شملت المدخل السوسيولوجي ( التفاعلية الرمزية )، والمنهج الوصفي، والاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، وتم تطبيق هذه الأداة على عينة من معلمي التعليم الإبتدائي بمنطقة النزلة تقرت ، وقد تم إختيار طريقة المسح بالشامل (الحصر الشامل ) والذي يبلغ عددهم ب139 معلم ومعلمة ، حيث تم توزيع 139 استمارة وتم استرجاع 100 إستمارة بحيثد ألغيت 39 إستمارة لأنها لم تسترجع وعليه قد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : -اتفاق المعلمين حول ضرورة توفير الوسائل التعليمية من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة ,فالمعلم القادر على التخطيط للدرس يجعله عارفا لأهدافة متمكنا من معارفه ومعدا لوسائله وأساليب تدريسه وواعيا لكيفيه التغلب على العقبات مما يكسبه المهارة والثقة في نفسه للقيام بأدواره التدريسية على أكمل وجه . -إيجابيات كثيرة من بينها أنها تجعل من المتعلم محور العملية التعليمية دون المعلم فهي تنمي قدراته و جوانبه المختلفة. - وجود صعوبات مادية وتطبيقية حول المناهج والمقررات وحول االوقت المخصص لكل حصة وحول كيفية التطبيق . -مزايا كثيرة من بينها أنها تجعل من المتعلم محور العملية التعليمية دون المعلم فهي تنمي جوانبه المختلفة. - وجود عوائق مادية وتطبيقية حول المناهج والمقررات وحول االوقت المخصص لكل حصة وحول كيفية التطبيق . --اتفاق المعلمين حول ضرورة توفير الوسائل التعليمية من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة .

The study entitled :The Reality of Applying the Approach to Competencies from the theachers Al Nazla area ‘Point of View aims to answer the main question:”What is the reality of applying the approach with competencies from the teachers’ Point of view? TO answer the question, sub-questions were asked : 1) Do teachers in Nazla teaching skills and experience to apply the competency approach from the‘Point of view of primeary teachers Nazla region the? 2) What are the features of application the competency approach from the‘Point of view of primeary teachers Nazla region the? 3) What are the obstacles that stand behind the application of the competency approach pedagogy from the point of view of primeary teachers in the Nazla region? -A set of procedures were followed ,including the sociologicale approach, (symbolic interaction ) the descriptive approach ,Relying on the data collection tool ,the tool was applied to a sample of primary education teacher in the Nazla Toqrat area , has been selected comprehensive surey method (comprehensive inventory) ,which numberd 139 male and female teachers, where 139 forms were distributed and 100 forms were retrieved so that 39 forms were canceled because they were not returned and accordingly the following results were obtained ; -Teachers agreement on the necessity of provding educational aids in order to achieve the objectives of the studty.the teacher who is able to blan the lessen makes him aware of his goal,able to be familiar with his maens and methods of teaching ,and awareof how to overcome obstacle ,which will give him the skill and confidence in himself to carry out his roles to the fullest. -many advantages, including that it makes the learner the focus of the educational process witheout the teacher, as it develops its various aspects. -the existence of physical and practical obstacles around the curricula and courses ,the transfer of time allocated for each class and how to apply .
