تقدير صورة الجسد وعلاقته بتكوين التوجهات الرياضية لدى طلبة التربية البدنية والرياضية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تقدير صورة الجسد ومستوى التوجهات الرياضية لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية ، والتعرف على العلاقة بين تقدير صورة الجسد التوجهات الرياضية لدى الطلبة، والكشف عن الفروق في تقدير صورة الجسد لدى الطلبة تبعا لمتغير الطور الدراسي، واستخدم الطالب المنهج الوصفي للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 85 طالب، واعتمد الطالب على مقياسين: مقياس التوجهات الرياضية ومقياس تقدير صورة الجسد، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا بواسطة المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون واختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة، واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين،وتوصل الطالب إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع في تقدير صورة الجسد لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية ، ووجود مستوى مرتفع في التوجهات الرياضية لدى الطلبة، ولا توجد فروق في تقدير صورة الجسد لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي، ويوجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين تقدير صورة الجسد والتوجهات الرياضية لدى الطلبة.

The study aimed to identify the appreciation of the body image and the level of sports trends among students of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities, and to identify the relationship between the assessment of the body image and the sports trends of the students, and to reveal the differences in the assessment of the body image of the students according to the variable of the academic phase, and the student used the descriptive approach. To verify the hypotheses of the study, the study sample consisted of 85 students, and the student relied on two scales: the mathematical orientation scale and the body image rating scale, and the data were processed statistically by the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and (T) test for one sample, and (T) test for two independent samples. And the student reached a high level in the appreciation of body image among students of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities, And the presence of a high level in the students' sports attitudes, and there are no differences in the assessment of the students ’body image due to the variable of the academic level, and there is a positive correlation between the assessment of the body image and the students’ sports attitudes
