Abstract

عنوان الدراسة " مستويات الإبداع التدريسي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور المتوسط دراسة ميدانية على مستوى المؤسسات التربوية لمدينة ورقلة "، حيث هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى: - مستوى الإبداع التدريسي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور المتوسط بورقلة. - يختلف مستوى الإبداع التدريسي عند أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية في العمل" لصالح الفئة ذات الأقدمية في العمل أكثر من 10 سنوات . - لا يختلف مستوى الإبداع التدريسي عند أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. مستخدمين عينة قد اشتملت على(45) أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بالطور المتوسط بورقلة للسنة الجامعية 2021/2022 ، من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، في حين تم الاعتماد التحليل بواسطة الحزم الإحصائية (spss) ،أما أداة جمع البيانات فقد كانت الاستبيان ، وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : ـ بعد عرض النتائج المتعلقة بالفرضية الأولى التي تنص على ان : مستوى الإبداع التدريسي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور المتوسط بورقلة متوسط ، مما يدل على تحقق الفرضية. ـ بعد عرض النتائج المتعلقة الفرضية الثانية التي تنص على ان: " يختلف مستوى الإبداع التدريسي عند أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية في العمل" لصالح الفئة ذات الأقدمية في العمل أكثر من 10 سنوات تم قبول الفرضية ولصالح أكثر من 10 سنوات. ـ بعد عرض النتائج المتعلقة بنتائج الفرضية الثالثة ، قبول الفرضية الثالثة التي تنص على ان: " لا يختلف مستوى الإبداع التدريسي عند أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، حيث جاءت غير دالة .

The title of the study is "The Level of Teaching Creativity of the Intermediate Level Physical Education and Sports Professors, a Field Study at the Level of Educational Institutions in the City of Ouargla" The current study aimed to: The level of teaching creativity of teachers of Physical Education and Sports for the intermediate level with a medium degree. The level of teaching creativity varies among teachers of physical education and sports according to the variable of seniority at work "for the benefit of the group with work seniority of more than 10 years". The level of teaching creativity for physical education and sports professors does not differ according to the scientific qualification variable. Using a sample that included (45) teachers of physical education and sports in the intermediate stage of Ouargla for the academic year 2021/2022, and the descriptive analytical approach was used, where the analysis was done by statistical packages (spss) As for the data collection tool, it was a questionnaire, and the following results were reached: After presenting the results related to the first hypothesis, which says: the level of teaching creativity of teachers of physical education and sports for the intermediate stage with a medium degree; Which indicates the hypothesis is fulfilled. After presenting the results related to the second hypothesis that says “the level of teaching creativity varies among teachers of physical education and sports according to the variable of seniority at work” in favor of the group with work seniority of more than 10 years, the hypothesis was accepted and in favor of more than 10 years. After presenting the results related to the results of the third hypothesis; Acceptance of the third hypothesis that "the level of teaching creativity does not differ among teachers of physical education and sports according to the scientific qualification variable, as it was not a significant one"
