Abstract: This study aimed to identify the methods used in the process of pricing bank loans and their impact on the profitability of banks, with a proper understanding of the requirements of this process in the context of a constantly changing environment and how it relates to the banking system, as the standard method and the analytical approach were used to conduct this study from During the CNEP and Ouargla financial statements for the period 2012-2016. When testing the research hypotheses, results were reached, including that the CNEP Bank is very interested in the profit factor and neglects the quality of profit-generating investments, as it was clear that there was no change in the increase or decrease in bank loan rates for financing operations during the study period, which means that their impact on profits comes only Through the number of operations executed by the bank during the fiscal year.
